  My bathroom remodel by Homewise Remodelers could not have gone better. Miro and ***** were a pleasure to work with and went out of their way to make the project as painless as possible. The quality of workmanship was exceptional and I could not be happier with the results. I am looking forward to my next project with them.

  We moved from downtown to Glencoe into a mid-century fixer upper. The immediate concern was two bathrooms that needed gut rehabs.We met with several contractors and chose to work with ****, though his quote was somewhat higher. Why? Because he LISTENED to us during our initial discussions and brought inventive/reasonable solutions to the challenges we faced. Plus, he had been referred to us by friends who had worked with Homewise Remodelers on multiple projects in 2 different houses. Great *********************** solving: **** responded almost instantly whenever I texted. He was very hands on throughout the process. We knew there would be things we would discover as the bathrooms were torn apart, and when that happened we were able to talk together and resolve several functional/design solutions that actually improved upon our original plans.Talented team: ***** and **** did an amazing job. Detail oriented. Dependable. Friendly. True artisans. Both have worked a long time for Miro.Trustworthy: We had to be away for weeks at a time and we trusted **** and his team to be in our home and continue with their work. Outstanding results: The bathroom remodels have set a high bar for us as we now concentrate on other areas of our home. Were ecstatic with how these bathrooms look and function. Quality and value.Bonus: When we needed other things done on the house (roof, electrical), **** suggested people and we ended up quoting/hiring them as well.VERY happy and relieved that the project is now complete and the results are outstanding. BUT we will miss seeing ******************** and **** and we wish them continued success.

  I cannot express how thrilled I am with the incredible work done by Homewise Remodelers, led by the exceptionally talented contractor, Miro. From the initial consultation to the final touches on our home renovation project (3 bathrooms, stairs, hardwood flooring, and the kitchen) the experience was nothing short of outstanding. First and foremost, ****'s professionalism and expertise were evident right from the start. He took the time to listen to our ideas, offered valuable insights, and helped us refine our vision for our home. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch quality were truly impressive. Homewise Remodelers transformed our outdated kitchen into the kitchen of our dreams. The craftsmanship displayed by Miros team was impeccable and precise. The entire crew was courteous, respectful, and maintained a clean work environment throughout the project. They showed up early and stayed late and it was clear they really put pride in their work. The project STAYED ON TIME AND WITHIN BUDGET. I was shocked when they actually finished the day they said they would. There were no hidden costs or unexpected surprises along the way. This level of transparency and reliability is a rarity in the industry. Communication with Miro was smooth and efficient. He kept us updated on the project's progress, addressed any questions or concerns promptly, and was always readily available to discuss any aspect of the project. I wholeheartedly recommend Homewise Remodelers and Miro for any remodeling or renovation project. Their combination of skill, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Our home has been transformed into a beautiful and functional space, thanks to their expertise.   Oh, where to start with **** and the team at Homewise?Well I suppose the beginning is logical! **** came to give us a quote for the bathroom remodel we THOUGHT we wanted, but rapidly pointed out some flaws in our plan, and had some really great ideas to add. His quote was far from the lowest but he was honest, and direct. He said if you want this done cheap, Im not your guy. But if you want it done right, no one will do it better. Boy was he right!**** told us the remodel would take twice as long as other contractors, but we are SO GLAD we chose Homewise.His crew, lead by ********************, were polite, thoughtful and meticulous. The job site (our HOME!) was spotless every night when they left, and their work astonishing. The attention to detail is obvious - just look at the cut lines in the painting - remarkable.**** himself is an honest, direct and thoughtful business owner. He did what he said he would when he said he would. When he realised hed accidentally slightly overcharged us he told us right away and refunded the money - we hadnt even noticed! How many builders and contractors do THAT?!!If you want the cheapest job that is a hassle and corners cut left and rightI suspect Miro isnt your guy.But if you want a job done right the first time and value honesty and integrity, we unconditionally and completely recommend Homewise.

  I found Miro and Homewise Remodelers after looking at several other companies and am so happy I did! From the first time I spoke with **** about the project, he was very responsive and accommodating. I had a good feeling that he was going to be a good contractor and partner in our kitchen remodel project. He was so helpful as we started the design and selecting cabinets, counters, and appliances. He helped give ideas in areas where I wanted to minimize cost but maintain quality. His team was very thoughtful in how they handled things in the house, ensuring quality work and respect for the property. I would recommend Homewise Remodelers in a second.

  This company surpassed our expectations, and we have already used them another time! Everything we asked *** and his team to do, they did, and they did surpassing our expectations. With the kitchen, I wanted to add another row of cabinets above the ones I currently had. He suggested that we remove the top row all together, and just add taller cabinets. This looked way better, was something I didn't think about, and I could not be more pleased with the result. The communication from the team is excellent, and they kept their projected schedule. We also had them redo our upstairs bathroom and hallway, a near gut on the bathroom and part of an old chimney removed. (The chimney removal required a ceiling repair, floor repair, and wall repair.). The bathroom and hallway look gorgeous. The tile looks great, the painting is perfect, and all of the finishes look like they came out of a magazine. They also put some lighting in our ceiling on our top floor in a bedroom and the hallway. It looks great, and once again, the advice for which lighting to pick was spot on. Later, we had them install a ventless gas fireplace in the basement, which is tiled. *** suggested the placement based on his experience. Once again, he was spot on. We had to have our basement shower redone because it was leaking (from a previous horrible contracting team). This job also came out great. I love patterned tile, and the worker noticed two things. One, there was a hidden pattern in the tile, so he took the time to plan each shower wall to accommodate. Two, he noticed that one box was slightly lighter in color than the others. I immediately returned the box. We have had multiple contractors in our 100 year old house over the years, and we have had some nightmare experiences. This experience could not have been more positive. We are so pleased with the results!! We highly recommend this company. A+

  The entire crew of Homewise Remodelers, Inc. worked with integrity, speed, and professionalism. From the first meeting with *************************** it was a smooth process from planning, to ordering, to installation. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of remodeling a bath, kitchen, or any room within their home.
