I have attempted to locate the contact information for Hermitage Arms, LLC. Unfortunately, this information is not available. I was provided a number after calling a business that is actually located at one of the addresses listed for Hermitage Arms and it appears that someone with knowledge of the business is attempting to subvert being contacted. The address provided with the Secretary of State filing is associated with a variety of businesses with no phone number or numbers that go directly to voicemails.

The complainant was unable to locate our phone number, because she looked up the wrong entity. She searched online for the real estate entity that owns the building. That entity has no office, nor a phone number, because it it doesn't deal with the public.

The management company that operates the building is a different company, that is called **************. It's number is listed, is easily found online, and is given to all our tenants.

Our tenants are our customers, and they all have our number. It's actually posted on the front of the building, per ******* law.

The complainant, however, is the niece of one of our tenants, and she lives thousands of mile away. We don't know why she didn't simply obtain our number from her aunt, the tenant, who surely has it, and calls us frequently.

This complaint has no factual basis, and should be rescinded

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that the information they wrote is what we discussed. I would not say their response is satisfactory, but accurate for what they shared. During our conversation I pointed out how they could not even find their management companies telephone number or website while we talked. You can close the complaint, but please note they have been notified to clean up their online presence.

    Sincerely,
