  The company is deceptive and practices are dishonest. I order the product in November and in January I received a charge on my card for an additional order. When I contacted the company they said I had a 2 month auto shop. Did not recall signing up for an auto shop. When I said I wanted to cancel I was told that the order had already shipped. I said then will return the product because it did not work on my hair. I was told that they do not take product back once its shipped out. Fast forward to April 15 still had not received the product. I contacted the company again to advise them that I had still not received the product. After they required me to send them the tracking info and order information which belongs to their company. I will not support this company. Just beware they will never refund your money if the product does not work for you. Buyer Beware.

  Do not order from this company! I began a subscription in summer '24. My credit card was charged three times for a total of nearly ****** before I was able to cancel the subscription. I never received anything from them and am still battling my credit card company trying to be refunded.

  I followed the instructions carefully, even after looking at ******* as well. My hair was hard the next day. When I purchased the product, no mention was made that the product wasn't returnable but when I tried to return it it was posted. Very disappointed in the product and the experience.

  I purchased a product, 2 items for sure and have never received any info on the date of arrival or estimated date of order to arrive. I have chatted with them, sent emails to them and to no avail. I just want my money back and I won't bother them anymore. They took the money and I only have a order number from them. #******August 17, 2024PaidFulfilled$13.53 USD from their website. Thanks and I hope that this can be resolved.

  Curlmix *** Program is a total scam!!!!I purchased *** for limited stock, however it had absolutely NOTHING on my list when I joined!!!! Limited stock is not transparent, I thought more products would be available, but fewer quantities. I only joined because periodically they open *** to the public and at the time they had everything and I purchased items. Now that Im a member, LIMITED STOCK IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!So I informed the company to request a refund and recommended that they remove or pause the *** until stock was no longer LIMITED. And they said its not a product so it cant be refunded, its a service. Its a service for unavailable products. So I forgot to cancel for the next month, July 2024, waiting to see if restock, etc. materialize and waisted another $65!!!! Curlmix must be failing as a business if they cant afford to refund $65 to a unsatisfied customer. They deserve zero stars!!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND CURLMIX!!!!

  On September 1, 2023 I made 2 orders with Curl Mix one with my Mastercard one with ******* I noticed immediately though confirmation with Shop Pay ?? that it was being shipped to an old Georgia Address I used my Mastercard with this order I emailed Curl Mix immediately and asked them to please correct my shipping address to my ******** address I also called and left a message:I then in good Faith made another purchase and made sure the address was correct I used my **** with this order:I received that order but I still havent received the first ordered Ive emailed several time left several messages and they havent responded to a anything Im in the process of disputing the charges of ***** No its not a lot of money but its the principle PERIOD I will never order anything again from Curl Mix Yall are shady Your dishonest and you need to be shut down Im looking at the different complaints now on BBB and filing a complaint myself Thieves Liars Crooks

  I placed an order 8/9/2023; today is 8/28 and I have contacted the company twice. Each time the shipment date changes. The response to my first email included a tracking link that wasn't a tracking link. It was a link for other products not affiliated with Curlmix. I mentioned that in my second email to Curlmix and they included a real link. However, it shows a label needs to be created. I'm not stupid. To report website fraud - since I ordered from ad on ********** contact the ********** of ******** file an online complaint at www. Justice. Gov. ***** Curlmix is located out of *******, contact the ******** attorney general's office: file complaint at www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov.

  I like CurlMix products but hate the customer service. I became a subscriber and was advised that I would be notified by email before a charge and have the opportunity to delay. I got an email at 4:00 am and 5 minutes later my account was charged. That is very deceptive. This company will not under any circumstances refund your money. They are not clear or up front about the fact that they ONLY offer store credits...also deceptive. I don't care how good a product is. Poor customer service and deceptive practices will prevent me from ever making another purchase. They do a good job of creating a cult-like following and getting the cult to buy an over abundance of products. The ******** groupies convince you to buy every "flavor". I did learn a lot about taking care of my hair but I have to say no to this company going forward.

  I love CurlMix. There is indeed a learning curve for some of ** Black Women to learn how to care for our natural hair. It takes time to learn how to use CurlMix properly. The knowledge that our hair in its matural state CRAVES water was never shared with ** until CurlMix University. It is not, however, rocket science. I am 70 years old, and only wish CurlMix products were available back in the day. Now I love my hair.
