I ordered a wig from lil bit collections on the 10th of October, 22. when I realized my wig would not be here in the time that the vendor informed me of, I disputed the charge with ***** because I had not received my product. The vendor had claimed to drop the wig off , however everytime I went to track it on the website and called the **** facility I was informed that the parcel had in fact not been dropped and I reached out to the vendor with no luck. Finally the delivery status was updated , on the day and time that the package was said to be delivered , I was not at home I was visiting my sister at the hospital. However , the ****. ******* that delivered my package , said it was signed for and left with a live person, which was not possible me because cause I live alone and I was in fact not home at that time. Upon further investigation, I found that the carrier had in fact signed for the package themselves , and did not leave it with me as they had claimed to do. I informed the vendor lil bit collections of what happened and provided her with Evidence, however all she texted back and said was Ok we already filed a legal motion. You should receive something in the mail. Thank you . I have not been able to get in contact with her since then. I went to the bank and tried to add evidence to my dispute from the post office but they closed my dispute and said I would have to contact the vendor directly which I did with no luck. I was also informed that the vendor declined to let chase give me my money back, which doesnt make sense if she filed a legal motion. She got her money , however I didnt receive the product I paid for and both ********** and **** told me they could not help me even though they are aware that I in fact did not sign for the package. ***** is going to take the $1200 dollars from my account when I never received anything, and I told them that was not fair because I never got a product and the vendor is now ignoring me.
