    I moved to ***************** about 2 years ago and in the beginning I had government ***************** so it covered all, by February 2024 my insurance end up and I did apply for a private insurance which is Aetna health insurance that for every visit I have to pay a copay only , when I walked to **** health Family Center front desk I gave them my new card insurance and that was by the end of December 2023 which they are aware of my new insurance and coverage my first medical visit was On March 15th, everything went smooth till I received few bills that was not covered by my new insurance so I have to call and recall till the issue had been resolved, it took months to resolve it however I still have a bill it is about dental that was not covered by insurance guess the insurance I dont have a dental insurance so the problem is that when I spoke to front desk they mentioned to me that my medical and dental are covered by ***** all what I have to pay a copay about $10 Now the fault is from Front desk employee were not sure and told that the new insurance covered both medical and Dental.
