This is a terrible company in every regard. Shame on me for not looking into its dirty practices. I started with a 1 month sub at an inflated rate, I figured I could upgrade. Well, after 13 days of back and forth with customer service nope, you need to start a whole new subscription, deceptive practice #1. Adding to the unethical practices is that you cant do anything in the app regarding subscriptions, its an endless loop of menus until you submit a support form. In this time the agent turned my acct off/on, ignored me for a few days after she told me it was all set, well, long story, it wasnt. It was total chaos, and was my first warning sign that this company is disorganized and was going to be trouble. I was coerced by a discount code offered to me and was deceived about the deal. Two days later they put out a discount code thats cheaper, thats pretty dirty. They then double charged for my first month of my new second subscription! That took me a week of back and forth to get a refund meanwhile my cc statement closed. Now, they downgraded the sensors theyre sending, in order to pad their profit margin. Well, funny thing is they didnt make any notice of this, just a box that arrives with a different product in it. Talk about bait and switch! I was charged April 1 and received no notices, nothing until I reach out again to support. Now 3, actually 4 months in, I need to cancel the subscription. They are trying to charge me 100$ plus 3 months of the difference in the monthly rate. Quoting their terms like theyre a legal binding even though my balance is $0. Giving me a line about keeping cost fair for everyone. What a scam, and a load of BS, is that even legal? Ill be asking a friend, at **************************. Now they have the nerve to offer me another discount but still want their fee! What a slimy, unethical thing to do. I just want to cancel and theyre trying to make it impossible to leave. I have been a Nutrisense customer since 2023, and had been mostly satisfied until my most recent purchase. Nutrisense is conducting research now, but they give you the 'option' of opting out. However, what they don't tell you is that if you opt out of the research they will send you Libre 1 sensors, not the Dexcom sensors that you've ordered. You place your order first (for Dexcom sensors) and then you read through pages and pages of 'research' consents that say over and over again that you have the option to opt out and that if you do, you will be sent the 'non-research sensors'. Never do they mention that the 'non-research sensors' are outdated Libre 1 sensors, which have been discontinued by the manufacturer (******). Once you do find out, you can't cancel your order or opt back in to the research before your outdated sensors ship. **************** has been completely unhelpful in making this right, even after I've said I would opt in to the research---I just want the sensors I ordered. I was told I could opt in for the remaining two months, but they will do absolutely nothing about the initial month. This is a completely unethical bait and switch sales practice. No one in their right mind would pay $200 for discontinued medical technology. Very disappointing that this company would rather lose a long time customer than replace two outdated sensors with what was actually ordered. There are a number of competitors out there, and I will be using one of their services from now on.Nutrisense, Inc.

Nutrisense refuses to replace defective continuos glucose monitors.. Also, they will not provide a customer support phone number.. You are forced to contact them through their app and it is often 2 days before they respond back to you..Nutrisense, Inc.

The *** doesn't work. I contacted the manufacture and they know it doesn't work with iPhone 15 and IOS 17 and newer. Despite this knowledge they keep selling it to iPhone users. The text help doesn't help and doesn't respond. They provide no over the phone assistance. This is a money grab scheme company. I have paid over $750 dollars for less than 30 days on functionality. Then they want to charge a fee to get out of the contract. This company needs to be investigated for fraud and any physician working with them have their medical licensure revoked.Nutrisense, Inc.

Nutrisense has completely unethical, and likely illegal in ********** as an unlawful business practice, billing. I wish Id checked here for reviews before giving them my money. First, there is no way to cancel early in the app. You have to send an email to them, wait for a day for a response, fill out a form, and incur a $100 early cancellation fee. But they dont tell you this when they say to message to do an early cancellation. So I messaged to do an early cancellation not knowing I had to do anything more to terminate this agreement and was charge another $300 and told that now to cancel the next month I had to pay $300 more dollars ($100 for each month of services even though I never wanted the second month plus the $100 cancellation fee). So in effect to cancel a service I dont want I would have to pay $600.Additionally there are better products on the market than this one that dont require you to scan your monitor every 8 hours. If youre thinking about this product DONT DO IT. Even if you wanted to do a single month they apparently automatically renew you.Nutrisense, Inc.

They were very late repeatedly with their Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM). So unreliable were their shipments after the 3rd month I told they I was so disappointed with their service I would not be renewing and I wanted it documented I would only do my 6 month trial. I am not sure if this made the rest of my b) month trial worse or not. But yes, it got worse and yet I was still being charged for weeks without a monitor. 30 Sep could not come fast enough. At the end of September my trial and account was done. Now here in ************************************************************************************ on a recurrent payment off a card that wasnt even active. So even though I hadnt had a CGM since August this company is trying to charge old customers. I do not think this is a good company. I had. Nothing but trouble with them.Nutrisense, Inc.

No way to contact customer service! If you email them you will receive a canned response that does not come close to addressing your concern. All they want is access to your money. Absolutely pathetic, no accountability with their billing processes. Buyer beware!Nutrisense, Inc.

AWFUL COMPANY and customer service! I had a reaction to the needle used in this product. I tried through 4 different emails to cancel and they kept billing me! When I explained my issue, they billed me again! VERY SHADY AND AWFUL - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!Nutrisense, Inc.

1 starHorrible customer service. They have very shady business practices. Avoid this place like the plague. The are a waste of money. I canceled my service many times yet they still charged me for almost 6 or 7 months regardless of all of the cancelation requests and emails I filed and sent. They also try to make you pay outrageous amounts of money to cancel.
