      I hired this company to clean a few furnaces of mine and give them a winter checkup. The owner, *****, came out to do the work himself and did a good, extensive and thorough job. Preferred comfort also charged me 13% less than other high rated, online, HVAC companies. ***** performed a more comprehensive tune-up of the furnaces than my usual heating person, who charges 7% more, does. In addition, my usual HVAC tech has been telling me for the past couple years that I need to change one of my furnaces, however, ***** said the furnace is fine and just needed a good ********************** He didn't try to upsell me at all like the other company, who I've known for several years, did. This is a good, honest company that does quality work and I will highly recommend them to my neighbors, friends and suggest that others follow suit.
