    Besides the product being delivered damaged, the company claims they will refund the cost of the product (yet to be seen) but we are responsible for the return shipping fee of $360 which is unacceptable! Do not order from this Clock Canvas company!

    This is untrue, if a product arrives damaged we will always send a free replacement or a refund as mentioned in our email to you on March 1st.

    Very pleased with Clock Canvas products and customer service. Had a problem with a damaged item and your company took care to make things right. I highly recommend anyone looking for any type of art wok to contact your company Your variety and selection of art is quite impressive.

    I give a 4 star and not 5 only because the watercolour I ordered was not quite as detailed as I thought it would be BUT ****** reached out very quickly and made things right. I am very pleased with his swift responses and delivery. I would order from this company again.!!

    I have ordered a few items that arrived exactly as expected and was very satisfied. Recently I had an order that disappointed me, but my experience with ******* afterwards exceeded expectations. When I reached out to ClockCanvas support they were fantastic. We connected via email, very speedy responses, genuine concern over looking into my issue. They reprinted my prints and shipped them to me quickly. I was very satisfied with the prints! Their attention to customers is excellent and I would happily purchase from here again.

    I am very impressed both with the product and customer service at **********************. Absolutely no complaints , they are a small business but respond ******** email. The art was true to what was seen online , and it shipped promptly even from ******, notifications were received via Shop so you always knew where your package was. 1st package had a ding in one of the pictures , which was an error via shipping , I sent all the proof they needed and I revived a perfect replacement. I am really happy with Clock canvas , will refer others, and buy more things.

    I had an awesome experience with Clock Canvas! Their delivery was really fast, I got my order in a week. Not only did they deliver fast, but the art came very well packaged with extra protection around the frame. Really cool art company that cares about their customers and has ***************, I highly recommend them

    Did a custom piece with Clock canvas and they went above and beyond what we asked. Great customer service. The artwork turned out better than we imagined. I would highly recommend them if youre looking to decorate your home.

    Excellent customer service. I was unhappy with a canvas that I bought initially, and they applied its price to a different canvas, plus honored the special discount. I was allowed to keep the initial canvas and received a new one, which I am very happy with! I definitely recommend this business - they go above and beyond to make customers happy.
