    I have been trying to cancel my policy for the past 5 days and despite numerous calls, voicemails, emails, messages through the Allstate app, etc., no one will respond and process my cancellation. The Allstate rep on the chat app stated there is a technical issue and I need to call in order to cancel my policy. I am cancelling my policy because Ive had numerous issues with Michelle and her office. The rates have increased 43% and 55% for home and auto insurance in the past 2 years. Michelle is unresponsive, does not appear knowledgeable regarding coverage questions and the service is aweful.

    I've been a policy holder of Allstate for several years and a consumer of insurance for many more and I have never experienced such poor communication and professionalism than I have with this ********** pains me to even have to write this review however I want others to know what to expect. As soon as I told the agency I was going in a different direction for my next renewal they cut off all lines of communication with me and will not answer my calls or return my emails. I am still a policy holder and am up to date on my premium payments however all servicing has stopped.
