I have full coverage paid in full for 6 months. I had an accident, filed a claim for rental and to get car fixed, it has been a month I have been compliant with turning in what's needed and have called multiple times to speak to an agent and also the adjuster ******** ******. I have left more then 7-8 messages on voice. I have called several times stated I have not got a call back. I have lost wages and I'll with cancer behind on treatment I need my car I'm not getting no response and no help what's so ever with my claim from American Alliance. I have also stated I know there is a time limit to file a claim and they are prolonging my claim to deny it and still no response please help I have already contacted a lawyer for option of suing.Business response

Re: Claim Status Update - Closing Notice: Policy Number ILAA-*******-00: On May 5th, 2024 I was involved in a six car accident on the *** **** expressway. I filed my claim on 05/08/24, I sent photos of my car use the App that was provided CCC Mobile&trade Solutions for a quick estimate on 05/10/24.I have contacted your office for over 2 months straight, I was told that they your company was waiting on the police report, I know it doesn't take 4 months for a police report.I left countless voicemail for ***** *******-******* ************ callbacks from the adjustor- which never called back, I was denied speaking with a supervisor, I have submitted supported documents such as the police report Agency Report Number: ******************************** ISP.I received a letter date 07/19/24-Our Company will not be making any payment regarding the above captioned loss, for the reason that: ILAA-*******-00 2024C0168640 05/05/2024 You have shown a lack of interest in pursuing a claim. (We will reopen our file upon notice that you intend to pursue of the matter).I contact ***** ***** American Alliance Casualty Company ************** left message for a return phone call, never received a call back. I have had to pay out of my pocket for repairs in total for $1,458 for damages that were not bodywork. I have never been with an insurance that will not even return a call regarding an accident this is unacceptable. I am insured through American alliance. And was involved in a hit and run while my vehicle was parked, on September ******. I contacted the insurance American alliance and I never received a single call from them to reassure me that they will take care of my case. All they have done is investigate reasons on why not to cover this accident they are looking for other prior accidents instead of putting my car in the repair shop. My car is not drivable and no one has reached out to tow my car out of the parking spot where its a school zone. The adjuster has not been helpful and only responds to my emails when I reach out.Business response

I was in a car accident ************* 8/29/24 I immediately made the ***ort of it to the police and my insurer. Since the initial ***ort I have not been contacted by anyone at this company. Ive called to ask about whats my next step? What do I need to do? To only be given bits of information. I was to submit my lease so they can start my estimate. I submitted those and I still have no received a call to be informed that they received them. I submitted pictures of the damage on my car only to still have no one reach out to me to tell me whats next. I informed them that the car was shaking bad after the accident. Ive been waiting since 8/30 to hear from them. Here is it now 9/16 and my car has completely stopped running. Due to their neglect my car is now inoperable. Ive called this morning to ***ort this and a *** picked up and said theyll transfer me to the adjuster and Ive been here on the phone waiting for 2 hours literally 2 hours. Ive called 4 other times and now no one answers at all.Business response

My car was involved in a car accident with an American Alliance client on Aug. 10, 2024. Their client was fully at fault by running a stop sign. I have dash cam record available. Ever since then the company has not taken any action to fix my car, or rent a car for me. My car is not drivable now and urgently needs to be repaired. They have been transferring me to the adjuster's phone line which no one picks up.Business response

On the morning July 17, 2024, my ******* Sonata was stolen for a second time. Once I noticed the car was stolen, I contacted the police (who informed me they had already recovered the car) and my insurance company (American Alliance). Police told me where the car was located and I went there to see what damage was done. Upon arriving there I was told not only could I not see my car, but that they were going to hold it for 12 days for an investigation. They finished their investigation and I turned in all the paperwork I was given from law enforcement and even did the recorded statement. Fast forward to now, September 11, 2024, I get a denial letter from AA saying my coverage is denied because I didnt report the car stolen which is false. The report was included in all documents. They totaled the car out but are refusing to cover it under false premises. Ive had this company for 2 years and never missed a payment. This has to be the biggest scam there is.Business response

Date of accident - 8/16/24 My neighbor (that is insured with this company), slammed into my car while trying to reverse out of his driveway. I filed a claim immediately, and submitted pictures. I have now called 3 times, each time being on hold for 40 minutes before anyone answered. Only to be told that they are "bumping up my request" and the adjuster will contact you in 48 hours. I have never had a returned phone call, or returned email either. The adjuster was supposed to call me the first time by 8/23/24, he did not. So I called back that following Wednesday 8/28/24, I was told he had another ********************** (8/30/24)..which he did not. Then called again on September 4th, was again told they are bumping up my request, they were waiting on management to approve my loss, and he will call by Friday (another 48 hours). Here we are now September 10th and I still have not heard anything! Meanwhile my car door is completely smashed and needs to be repaired.Initial Complaint

My claim was filed in April *** been getting the run around.First I was told that the at fault party was not participating in the investigation so I would have to file a claim through my OWN insurance (which happens to be American Alliance) I then proceed to file a claim through my insurance only for them to tell me that I couldnt get my car fixed unless whoever is responsible has ************ at all. So I wait and wait for months for One claim adjuster(****** *******) to finally state via email that my initial claim against the at fault driver would be initiated and that the insurance company (American Alliance)would be covering my loss because their insured driver was at fault and is now participating in the investigation I have police reports saying that their drive assumed fault at the scene of the accident and was found guilty in court. It is now September and a different claim adjuster ***** ***** is saying that they will only cover 63% because the accident was my fault because I stopped fast. Based off of evidence they never provided. The claim adjuster ***** ***** is the worst he has hung the phone up in my face claiming I had a lawyer and he has been very rude via emails (all documented) and he has pushed my stress and anxiety levels to the maximum. He tried to issue a settlement check of $2,700 which came in the mail alone without any explanation of how this number was reached. After inquiring about the lone check and its amount I received a damage breakdown paper via email with the wrong spelling of my name completely and the make and model of my damaged vehicle was incorrect. All documented) Instead of correcting his mistakes he proceeds to argue with me calling me a liar about what I received in the mail and about my damaged vehicle. I have no more energy or patience to deal with this matter It has been 5 long months without my vehicle I have lost my job and Im about to lose my family due to this insulting stressful draining lack of customer support.Initial Complaint

I have been a loyal customer with this ********************** for a year. Never missing a payment. My car was hit while parked. The claims department requested information for my two adult daughters. I explained they do not reside with me. They use my address for mailing purposes only. They then asked for my lease. I want my claim approved so that I can have my car repaired.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
The company is requesting the same information over and over. I do not have an address for my adult daughter who lives out of state. My car was parked, no one else drives my car. I was paying $410 for full coverage, now they wont pay my claim. This company is a scam. All the reviews are true!Sincerely,
