I have been a customer since ********** once have I filed a claim for benefits. I have made several calls and sent several emails trying to receive compensation for being out with Covid in December of 2019. There are no Americans to speak with only Phillipine people who cannot understand a word that I say. I have sent all documents that was required of me!! Combined has given me the run around about paying my claim! I am about to contact contact me an attorney and file a class action suit against them.Business response

She was unapologetic about my complaint to Combined and did not understand anything I was say about their slow response after 4 months of not contacting me about my claim. I have not received any letter from this company. This company should be sued for LYING TO ITS CUSTOMERS!! I AM REQUESTING ALL MY PREMIUMS BE RETURN TO ME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!

I filed a sickness claim with this company and it's been an absolute nightmare since day 1. I believe this company is doing shady business and would like my policy canceled immediately and a full refund of my paid premiums on both acts (accident policy too). I have called customer service numerous times and keep getting the run around. I'm a fairly new policy holder and after seeing this I do NOT want to do business with this company. Client portal says unexpected technical difficulties and will not let me verify any of my information. Total SCAM if you want my opinion!Business response

I want to cancel my insurance policy V1455462 under ***************************, for home address ****************************************************************. When I call the number and press the number 6 to cancel the policy the phone go silent and it hangs up on you after a few minutes. I have tried this multiple times so it's obvious the company is doing everything they can to prevent customers from canceling their policies. The website also does not give you the option to cancel your policy. I am billed on the 15th of every month and I do not want to be billed any further. I filed a claim on Jan 31 2022 I called them on Feb 11 to find out the status of the claim they said it was 10 days and they will expedite it to a ajuster I chaecked online on monday the 14 and nothing was done so I called them on Monday and they said the same thing they where going to expedite again. I checked again on Wednesday the 16 and sill nothing, so I called them and they said they where going to expedite again, I also emailed them letting them know the problem. On Thursday the ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* again and the phone rang for 10 min with no answer. I also received a email back stating they where expediting it and still nothing. So I called back on Friday the 18 and the same story. Can someone please help me with this matter.Business response

I have had this policy since 2018. Never filed a claim before. Filed a claim 12.8.2021. Still no payment. Keep getting run around. I sent all paperwork required. They say we have escalated your claim. Twice now this is what I'm told. Website is horrible. They do not return phone calls or emails. Will not give me an agent contact information. I requested and was granted a refund of the cash value on two insurance policies. The monthly premiums were too high, and the payout amount on the policies were low. As my mother's ***** of ******** and Conservator, I made the request in October of 2021. I received a letter at my requested address, and I was told that the checks would follow. The checks were supposed to be mailed in November. I called in January, and informed the representative that we had not received the checks. They said that they would void the checks, and re-issue new checks. I called numerous times to see if the checks were mailed. I was told that the checks were processed on January 13th, and mailed on January 18th. Last week checks turned up at our previous address, and not the address that I was told that they would come to. My mother took the checks to the bank, and deposited them. Over the weekend, I went on the banking on-line site, to discover that the checks were returned. These checks were the ones that were previously issued in November, and voided. However, these same checks were sent in an envelope that was postmarked January 18th, 2022. The checks also had my updated address on them. But, was sent to our previous address. I just think that this company is giving us the run around, and not wanting to give us the cash value refund. I had two policies, with claim #******** that was filed 12/25/21. I have called 10 times and spoke with representatives that each time told me it would be either ***** hrs or **** days that my case would be done and that all needed information was in and an adjuster had been assigned. Today I was told I didnt fill out forms correctly wand was told my diagnosis was bursitis which never was on my records! I was informed it was t covered! They have made things up and refuse to settle claims! This is misrepresentation and fraud!Business response

My grandmother paid on a policy for me for over 30 years. I no longer want the policy and would like to cash it in but EVERY representative that I've spoken to has gave me different information. Just a total RIPOFF. People do not have money to give these insurance companies to find out decades later, it was not worth the money.Business response

I canceled the policy with Combined Insurance the day after I signed the application form because I read so many negative reviews about them. They said there was no problem, but they deducted the $69.68 as premium charges through my work paycheck 3 times for a total of $209.04. I contacted them a couple of times and they just refused to send my money back.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:2 days ago I received an email from **************** ********************* asking me for all the names, phone numbers and dates of the calls that I have made to cancel the 3 policies. Including the first calls that I made to *************************** *************)right the day after I obtained the policies because I found very bad reviews of Combined Insurance in the BBB website.I also called ******* **************) on 10/15 to cancel the policies because *************************** said she could not do it.I also received a phone call today Thursday 2/10/22 from ******. He asked me to respond the email and I explained to her quickly about the entire bad experiences that I had trying to get the money they deducted from my paycheck back. I particularly mentioned to her about what ******* *************) said on 1/10/21 ("They never received any payments") and what ****** from ******* **************) said on 1/12/22 ("They received the 3 payments for a total of $209.04, but there is nothing that I nor they can do. They will not refund the money because, according to their records, I canceled the policies in November". Which is not true.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:Even though I received the money back., money that was deducted from my paycheck in 3 different pay periods last year, I was very disappointed this week when I found out that Combined Insurance deducted once again another $69.68 in the pay period ending 2/15/22.They need to stop this mess once and for all as well as return the $69.68 that they owe me now
