      Car was parked and individuals trucked rolled backwards hitting my truck and caused damage to rear and front of my vehicle. Insurance company Kemper claims their insured is not cooperating so they are closing the claim. Police informed the owner of the truck that he was at fault. Individual tried to tell police that the car was stolen but officers told him his car was not stolen rather the gears slipped and it rolled backwards and he was liable.

      In September Kemper found me at fault for the accident and said that If I disagreed with the decision I had to submit a letter in writing within 30 days after submitting two letters in writing via email I received no response from anyone I called several times and could not get a hold of anybody or got the run around I finally got in touch with ********************* the supervisor of ******************** the claims adjuster that assured that he would look into the situation and he never returned my call after that. I asked the insurance company to reopen there investigation of their determination in writing and did not receive any correspondence form the company by letter or otherwise, I was sent out renewal forms in November this would start a new policy term for 11/28/23-5/28/24 and on those forms I had no at fault accidents and was given good driver rates I even did my due diligence to call and make sure that I had no at fault accidents on my record and asked if I was found at fault for the accident mentioned above and the answer was no. My policy expired on the 28th of May and I saw that the payments had increased so I reached out to the insurance company to find out why and that's when I was informed I have four points on my license and was found at fault for the accident mentioned above no correspondence of redetermination of decision and I have been lied to by this company. I Purchased a new vehicle in November and asked again if I had any accidents on my record the answer again was no I want this corrected because its wrong. I have pictures and can provide statements from the body shop were the vehicle was dismantled after the accident.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have read the response and I never spoke with ******************* on September 19th , *************************************************************************************** Secondly I never received any correspondence staying that the reconsideration of determination  was going to be done or not bely mail or phone and I spoke with Ms ********* supervisor about this matter and he stayed that he would take care of things and contact me the following day with his telephone number to contact him directly and that never happened. The only person that was through throughout was ****** *** and he was only the total loss adjuster..I never dealt with or spoke with ******************* again, Until June 20th when I called to inquire on the reason my rates where increasing every time a renewal came around that is when I was informed that I was deemed at fault for the accident because the driver hit my quarter panel which is incorrect  the driver ripped my driver side bumper clean off and smashed in my lift gate I had informed ******************* on the date of the accident that I had already cleared my driveway and the other driver clearly stated he did not see me , keep in mind i live three houses from the corner that he turned on and totaled his car thats insane. I don't know who is doing the investigation here but this is clear to see. I purchased a new vehicle in November of 2023 and asked the woman who put the car on the policy were there any at fault accidentson my record she said no...when I Asked ******** initially who was at fault she stated I was 30 percent  at fault that was back in August of 2023 that is when I asked for the rederminatinion of consideration once I received a letter staying that i had 30 days to reply writing which i did twice with no response from Kemper, so when i received the renewal notice in November with no at fault accident I believed that they overturned the decision to my surprise 2024 they didn't do anything.

      Hello again, 

      I do appreciate you recalling that conversation can you have the conversation transcribed where you stated that I was at fault for said collision because that is the reason for the dispute, NOT whether my vehicle was a total loss which it was it was determined to have frame damage after that conversation which was more than the cost of the car to fix which deemed it a total loss which is why I did surrender the vehicle to Kemper I did not keep it. If I need to present evidence to support that I will do so what I am asking for is for the evidence in writting that Kemper reinvestigated this matter when it was done, how it was done, and how you determined that this determination was accurate. So I made an error on not recalling that very brief conversation with you were you explained that I could not have my vehicle fixed at a body shop of my choice but only one within your network of body shops and once I gave push back how I could barely get anyone on the phone and how I kept getting the adjuster for the other party because we had the same last name, or how it was an already stressful situation that caused me major inconveniences, a concussion, and time off work not to metion a large portion of my job requires field work and these points on my license can potentially affect my livelihood due to a accident that shouldn't have never taken place the guy should have never been operating a moving vehicle with no license, and no ********************** and furthermore anytime someone is struck from the rear its the other drivers fault im in an SUV he was in a car how could you not see me unless he was not paying attention ***********************. I have no prior at fault accidents on my record and this one should not be either that's all I have to say thanks.

      My mother had a life insurance policy with Kemper for quite sometime. Policy # ********** She passed away on 4/29/2024 and I have been in contact multiple times. My brother was listed as primary beneficiary and I was listed as the contingent. However, we have lost contact with my brother and havent spoke with him since mid 2022 He doesnt even know our mother has passed away. Anyways, every time I contact Kemper I get the run around. They wont tell me what I need to do to be able to claim my mothers life insurance. I have gotten legal documentation stating I am the legal administrator of my mothers estate and have even opened an estate account and gotten the *** number as well as list of heirs that prove my brothers whereabouts are unknown. I even had to swear under oath that it is true. Everytime I ask to speak to another agent who may be able to help me, they give me the run around. I need some sort of guidance to help get this resolved and obviously reaching out to customer service wont get that resolution.

      We had three vehicles included our policy ( *********** ) ***** 2014, Chevrolet 2001 and **** Edge 2013 , our monthly payment was $430.59 .On 28 May we sold ***** and notified our agency to remove it; on June 8 we sold Chevrolet and notified our agency to remove it also.But Kemper sent us payment info that stated we should pay same amount on June 20 one more month which doesnt look fair, If you help us well be appreciate

      On March 31st, 2024, my car was ran into by another driver insured by Kemper while I had it parked legally and unoccupied on the side of road. The insurance "adjuster" that was assigned to me from Kemper was extremely incompetent, providing me with wrong information in regards to the claims process. The adjuster kept delaying the process and never had me submit pictures of my vehicle for approximately 40 days until he transferred my claim over to someone who helps with pay outs at Kemper. The new person I was talking to told me how the "adjuster" that was originally helping me did not do his job and should have collected all relevant information in regards to my accident, including pictures of my vehicle as soon as possible. Shortly after, on May 24th, I was finally able to submit pictures of my car. On May 28th, Kemper informed me that was car was totaled and that someone would reach out to me about compensation and next steps with what to do with my vehicle.As of the day that I am writing this complaint, June 18th, no one has reached out to me and I still have my vehicle with no idea what to do with it. I am unable to get in contact with anyone at Kemper that can help me or give me updates and no one has called me back. Dealing with this insurance company has been extremely difficult from the very beginning. My claim # for this incident is: ***********

      I was in an accident on may 21st, 2024 where someone was pulling out of a parking spot and hit my car. that person was deemed liable for the accident and kemper insurance is supposed to be paying the claim to have my car fixed. They sent me to a collision repair shop for an estimate, and after that have no returned my phone calls regarding the check owed to me to fix my car.

      We have been with ***************************** care insurance for several years now with no car accidents until recently, since the accident we have only received 1 call from someone at this company. I have been calling to let them know that we need a preliminary estimate for the auto body car shop so they can proceed to fix my daughters car with no response. Calls, texts, emails have been made by me and also staff from auto body shop with no response. They sent me a check for $500 for the damages without any estimate to damages obtained the day of the accident. I have not received updates of what is going on. Like i said the only called i received by *********************** was to tell me that the other person involved in the accident did their estimate at $18,000 for the damages they said happened the day of the accident. ****** Sentra 2021 with damages of $18,000 and that i will receive a check for $500 for the damages to my daughters car. I do not know anything about what is going on with this claim. No one ever called my daughter to ask her what happened the day of the accident and what are the next steps. Me and auto body shop staff have tried numerous times to speak with this person without success. Staff at auto body shop have even called managers without any calls back Adjuster Name *********************** Adjuster Phone ********************* My daughters car still has not been fixed due to no contact with the company, we are needing preliminary estimate.

      Good afternoon. I did receive response from Kemper staff and i am thankful for that. Body shop staff sent their estimate to Kemper for parts and labor and are awaiting response so they can proceed with fixing my daughters car. The car has been in the shop for approximately 2+ weeks, in my opinion this is too long. Staff at body shop did let me know that when they call the adjuster she does respond, also thankful for that. We are just needing the approval from insurance company that they ok the parts and labor so body shop can finally proceed with fixing my daughters car.

      My car was involved in a car insurance on 5/20/24. ************************* from the claims department at Kemper Infinity Car Insurance reached out to me on 5/24/24, and I unfortunately missed her call. I have been trying to reach back out to her since then with no success. I have called several times and left numerous voicemails with no call back. I was provided her supervisor's information *********************************** and reached out to her as well with no response. I have sent an email as well. I received a document that was mailed to me, but I have not spoken to anyone. At this point, I am unsure of where my claim stands or what it entails. This has been a very frustrating experience. The lack of professionalism and follow up response are unlike anything I have ever seen before. I am truly disappointed by the way the company treats its customers.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The driver is not a regular operator as he has his own vehicle. In addition, I received a call from the adjuster only after I initiated a complaint with the BBB even though I placed several calls and left a few voicemails. Furthermore, during that conversation with the adjuster, I was told a meeting needed to be set up with the driver and attorney for a statement. However, this did not happen as I received a call the next day notifying me of claim denial. It seems as though I am experiencing some form of retaliation due to my complaint to the BBB.

      On 5/3/24 they canceled my insurance policy claiming they sent legal notice to my old address asked them why they sent to my old address they told me I never updated it although they have by the notes that I told them a year ago that I'm moving to a different address they even have the new one on file now they don't want to reinstate my policy claiming it's my problem that I didn't receive the notice!!!

      In fact the supervisor I spoke when
