      On 10/12/2024 I emailed a picture of the front and back of my BANK CARD to ******** ******* customer service *** at ******* Acceptance/ Talro Insurance. No one has a copy of my bank card except for her. I emailed if to her upon her request for me to pay my car payment, about 2 hours later my bank calls me and alerts me of fraud with the same card I emailed ******** ****** 2 hours prior for being charged 250$ for some FLY PILOT charge. My card information was stolen by the ***, and she tried to charge $250 some place. My bank caught it but this is unacceptable, and I'd like compensation for the charge.

      I Was told that I will receive full return of my money and now they are saying that the only amount is $116.00 was return to me

      Ms. ********** policy started on May 5th, 2023 and cancelled effective August 12th, 2023.

      I spoke with ********************** and went over the time she was insured and the premium payments made on the policy.

      ********************** was charged for the time she was insured and received a correct refund.

      I do not agree with the amount that was quote to me for the return of the payments and I asked for the policy of the company so I can have a better understanding about it but no apply from them.
