Not deserving of ANY Stars! ************ is definitely fraudulent. Absolutely not a company to do business with.Nothing but a run around. They take your money and care nothing ofyour experience and will not be accepting to any such refund even if the hotel booked is willing to offer partial refund due to unacceptable accommodations.Rocket Travel, Inc.

Getting ready to File Complaint with both the *** and BBB on AAdvantage ********************************** had booked a 2 night stay in ****** but my Air Asia flight was cancelled and I was unable to make the trip I immediately canceled the hotel room as I would not arrive that day and I received an email confirmation stating that they will workon processing a refund /credit.Its been 3 weeks with no update and finally this weekend I called and got the dreaded customr service agent in the ***********. Basically the lady kept repeating "AS per your ******************* multiple times and and bluntly stated that I have forfeited my ( close to $300 ) my reservation and when I enquired about the miles I was suppposed to get for teh stay - even that I was forfeit- Basically Rocket travel just took my money without any compensation or follow up.,I requested for a call with a Supervisor multiple times - No one has called me - Send the customer service team an Email - No response - I requested for a US based customer service agaent - No luck , basically you are stuck in the cold with the Phillipines customer service team - who basically are taught to read from a script and not really understand the issue at hand and try to resolve it !! - Called multiple times - cannot get a Supervisor on the line - Not sure what everyone is doing - Ignoring hard paying customers who foot their salaries !!The sad part was that I used Aadvantage travel for 10 times this past month and spent over $2000 with them and the one time I needed their assistance I was coldly shed aside like a used napkin !!. I am a Platinum member with ***************** , this is not how one should treat loyal customers. I am getting ready to file a complaint in the next day with teh *** and BBB regarding this issue and maybe contact my credit card company and hold the Charges.******* *********Rocket Travel, Inc.

UNABLE TO BOOK USING AADVANTAGE MILES. **************** said my account was locked for uaing miles but if l want to use my card its fine. I was told it would be fixed within 48 hours....its been 2 weeks and 8 phone calls later still unable to bookRocket Travel, Inc.

I arrived at the hotel and the front desk told me that the booking had been cancelled despite the fact that it still showed as Upcoming on AAdvantage Hotels (via Rocket Travel). Somehow they cancelled the booking but never notified me, and customer service is blaming me. This site is a total disaster.Rocket Travel, Inc.

AVOID ROCKET TRAVEL AND AADVANTAGE HOTELS AT ALL COSTS.This institution is a buck-passing scam affiliated with the ***************** AAdvantage program. I booked a hotel for a night in the city I was flying to. A few hours before I was supposed to fly, ***************** canceled the flight and wasnt able to reschedule it until the next day. I immediately canceled the hotel room as I would not arrive that day. I provided proof of the flight cancellation, but was told that I could only request a refund.I waited a week for a response but did not receive one. When I called, the company had a record of my cancellation but had not initiated the refund request. The customer service *** put me on hold while she ostensibly contacted the hotel. After 15 minutes, the call dropped. She called me back and told me that the hotel insisted on holding fast to its policy of these bookings being non-refundable. I asked who should be responsible for me having to incur additional hotel costs in a different city based on the airline cancelling my flight she insisted that their company wasnt the airline and wasnt the hotel, and therefore had no obligation to me.Rocket Travel, Inc.

This company is a complete fraud. I booked through them for a trip to **. The resort we booked had a mishap our first night and we could not stay there. The resort called Rocket Travel to initiate a refund for the night and Rocket Travel did not process it. I called a week later and they lied to me and told me the resort changed their mind. Not true, I confirmed with the resort that they never contacted them. We are both getting the run around. SCAM COMPANY!!!Rocket Travel, Inc.

I booked a room with my ********* Airlines Rapid Rewards points. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no reservation. The hotel had been trying to call me to let me know they didn't have the room type I requested any more. However, Rocket Travel had given them completely inaccurate information. All they had correct was my name, and an incorrect phone number and address. Luckily the hotel gave us a room anyway instead of sending us away. Rocket Travel is totally incompetent. Don't use them! Avoid at all costs. Was told by customer service that they could waive the cancellation/refund policy and issue a refund but then they proceeded to run me around, insinuate the hotel manager was the reason for the delay, then not respond to follow up emails for almost 2 weeks. Only to turn around and go back on what they said. I attempted to get what the representative said in writing so I would have recourse, but they never sent it. There is good reason why this company has an F rating. Reps/phone operators are not based in the states, and thus unable to communicate in a timely manner with hotel/airline/whoever you need. When it comes to travel, time is literally the most important factor. This company was incapable of doing that on several occasions in my case. Do not book through this company. Even if your banking institution/airline offers rewards to book through them. As a consumer, you trust that major companies would associate with better businesses, but that is obviously not the case. Wish there was a way to warn people before they book so they don't have to learn the hard way like me and hundreds of others.Rocket Travel, Inc.
