On June 7th, 2023, I purchased a course from Cofield Advisors LLC aka Cofield Concepts for $1497 with receipt# ****-6784. Based on the virtual sales webinar that was conducted prior, it was supposed to provide buyers with the pre-recorded training content on Tax Free Living and the accessibility to reach out to ****** Cofield and his team with any tax related questions. Basically, it was a course that reveals the tax loopholes that businesses can utilized to save on taxes. I needed it for business so I made the purchase believing that I had access to ****** Cofield in case I had some gray areas that needed more insights. After the purchase, there was a scheduled 1-on-1 session, which I now understand was meant to upsell me on a mastermind course of some sort. The 1-on-1 session happened some few days after the purchased. That was when I got to know from the lady that attended to me that the course I purchased was just for self study and my questions, concerns or request for more insights was for another course that costs tens of thousands. I told her there is no way I would have paid almost $1500 for some self-study course that I could have accessed for free on ******* or somewhere else. It defeats the purpose or premise on which I bought it so it's not for me. I reached out to my bank - CapitalOne to dispute the transaction based on inaccurate disclosure. After my bank disputed the transaction, Cofield Advisors LLC insists that they wouldn't refund me because I did not request for cancellation formally. On July 18th, 2023, I emailed Cofield Concepts for my full refund. They responded that since it's digital content they cannot refund me. All my attempts to amicably procure my full refund has been rebuffed by Cofield Advisors LLC and I have tendered my case here in other to get my full refund.
