    I ordered two items from Mugsyjeans on 12-17-24. The items were on sale but not listed as last call, final sale or non returnable. I received them and have tried to make a return and now Mugsyjeans will not let me make a return. As now on the item page it does read last call. I have a screen shot from 12-19-24 that clearly shows this last call info was not on the item page at the time of purchase. I also have a purchase confirmation email that does not say last call, non returnable or final sale on it. I also have two emails from Mugsyjeans that are from the automated return system that say my order is eligible for returns. I am unable to reach an actual person. Their return system is automated. They only have a contact phone number that is text only and not run by an actual person I can talk to. I have emailed 6 times. I have texted 6 times. I have sent 2 messages on instagram. With no human response. The web page at the time of my purchase did not provide me with any way of knowing that these items would not be refundable. It seems very deceiving to not promote that info. Now I can not even get a hold of a person to discuss this. I tried to find a main office contact phone number online and it is disconnected. If the information of last call, final sale or non returnable/refundable had been written anywhere I would never have purchased these items. This was my first time ordering from Mugsyjeans.

    I was a loyal mugsy customer. I placed an order on 9/26. I accidentally had the wrong shipping address. Immediately upon notcing, i contacted their customer service team asking them to change the shipping address. I sent a dozen emails,text and DM's yet I've heard nothing back. It's been almost a week and the package was delivered to the wrong address and since I've not heard anything from their customer service team I'm extremely disappointed with them.I would like a full refund or them to ship my order to the correct address immediately.Very dissapointed with their customer service and will never shop with them again once this is resolved.     Customer submitted an order to the wrong address and asked to cancel the order on a Friday.
    He sent a few subsequent emails afterwards during the weekend.
    Our team is small and does not work on the weekends, we try to use systems and tools to address these issues first thing on Monday morning.
    We sent this customer a brand new package free of charge to the correct address which delivered on October 9th. 92346903311086300005603783

    Trying to communicate with this company to get a refund, you can only text back-and-forth their texts take hours to respond to and then they ask questions which are ridiculous. I want a refund from this company and they are Continue not at speaking with me about getting it.

    This customer did not understand the process we distribute labels for returns and had trouble navigating our returns portal.
    At this time in 2024 we were changing over our 3rd party support staff so were slightly short handed and responses took longer than we'd like.
    We were able to get this customers return to our facility and gave a full refund.
    This customer has continued to shop with us since.

    I ordered a pair of pants from Mugsy. The cost was $ ******. The order number is ******. The pants were supposed to be delivered on February 17, 2023. They were not delivered. I tried to call Mugsy's customer service , but the line plays music and then hangs us. I emailed them at ******************************* and received a response that they will make it right. Then I received another email stating that my complaint was "out of the protection time frame," whatever that means. They stated that they could not do anything about my order.

    This customer ordered to his home, but stated they never received the package.
    We checked with the carrier (DHL) which handed over to ***** and found this package was delivered but seemingly stolen.
    We sent this customer another package after the insurance claim on the stolen item was denied by a 3rd party we work with after he sent this claim to the BBB.
