    Between November 2022 and April 2023 Mr ********************** was to provide his services regarding the municipal election. He failed to provide any services either virtually or in person concerning the actions against my opponent. He also promised to refund my ****** but has failed to do so. I am requesting your assistance in retrieving my money for his failure to perform his duties.
