    Our records indicate that the customer entered into a loan agreement with Cash for Whatever ***** LLC on November 13, 2018. Due to non-payment of the loan, the obligation was written-off, and, pursuant to the assignment provision in the loan agreement, we sold the loan to *************************, LP on May 23, 2020.For the latest status of the loan, the customer should reach out to *************************, LP:

    I paid off my loan with the company on May 25, 2022, around 5:53 AM for the amount of $132.57. Later that day, an additional payment for the amount of $55.36 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. This loan company had no business taking out more money. I called the following day to talk to a supervisor and it was difficult to get a hold of someone that could help me. I remember a rep listened to my concern and without saying anything transferred me to someone else. I finally spoke to a supervisor who said that the payment was already scheduled to be reversed. To this day I have not received a refund for the unauthorized payment. I decided to file a chargeback through my bank on 06/15/22. On 09/08/22, my bank notified me that my claim was denied because according to the merchant (Cash for Whatever), it was a valid transaction. This is robbery if you ask me. I couldnt get through to someone until 09/19/22 and I spoke to supervisor ***. He was so bothered and lacked accountability. He stated that I hadnt received my money back because I filed a chargeback. Im not sure how this is my fault since Cash4whatever stated that they would reverse my payment and had not done it. Supervisor *** also stated that I would get my money back as soon as the bank returned those funds back to them. I am no expert in the bank claims process but if they denied the claim then it means the bank didnt get the money. I called the bank to check on this and they confirmed that they did not have those funds because the claim was denied. Another lie from this company. I tried again on 10/21/22 and spoke to a representative that stated that a supervisor named ***** will look into it and call me back. I give up, I have other things to do, and when I usually call they transfer me a couple of times before talking to the correct department. If I had missed my biweekly payment of $55.94. They would already add interest and late fees. Im going to need to collect my money with the same amount of fees. This is unfair for me to have to go through this just because this company decided to take an additional payment out of my account.
