5 starsHonestly, probably the best customer service experience that I've ever had and I'm almost *********************************************************************** customer service throughout my life. I spoke to two different agents because I had to be transferred and both agents took the time to explain every aspect of what was going on even while transferring me and letting me know that I would have to re-verify my account with the next representative. And then that representative just went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything and I've never had a customer service ages do that before.Review fromJason K

Sure they said they approved my loan, little did I know they haven't deposited the money 48 hours later, looked at the loan agreement and my $800 loan is going to cost me $1500, it is an emergency and I need the money so why haven't they given it to me? **************** is hard to get on the phone. Avoid at all costs.
