This f****** company is a FRAUD I have constantly made my payments on time never late .So I get a letter saying I can refinance my loan since I had such excellent payment history. So after jumping through hoops and alot of bs and 27 points off my credit score. They denied it and said email was spam What a f****** joke

They told me I was preapproved for a **** loan. After they had already called me to verify my information, they still made me get an ID fraud notarized. Then only approved me for a 500 loan after I had already paid off one loan and never had any late payments.CreditNinja

Horrible customer service, hung up on us three separate times. The computer says they cannot verify our 26 year old bank account. Would not confirm correct information computer does not except errors 11 days later, 12 phone calls.Called a competitor was had money deposited within 11hours at a better rate!CreditNinja

I called to see what the early payoff was and learned, not only was there wasn't one but I have to pay another thousand dollars. It's called a fee. I will NEVER use this lender (credit ninja) AGAIN!! If I could rate them no ? I would. No way would I have agreed to the loan had I known about the $1500 fee. That info was NEVER anywhere.CreditNinja
