Bought the trailer in 2019 with a seven-year Extended warranty for major appliances when we moved into the trailer there was a list made of things that needed to be fixed simple things it was a leak in the roof theres a cover on the air conditioning unit that was off the light fixture and problems with an electrical surge took them almost 2 1/2 years to fix the electrical problem supposedly they sent somebody out to look at it and they couldnt figure it out so it stayed like that and I complained about it multiple times the roof and the trailer leaked into the microwave they sent somebody out to fix that but they did not fix it I had to get somebody else to fix it nothing I am a general contractor so I fixed it and I made an invoice for it in that three in a two year. 2 1/2 year. The whirlpool fridge raider had broken I think it was due to the electrical surges that was ongoing and we ended up paying for it because they said that the extended warranty wouldnt take care of it I fixed the cover on the air conditioner I change the light fixture theres another issue the drywall was supposed to get done a year after we moved in it supposedly they do it from the trailer settling they offer that an S is in the paperwork from when we bought the trailer that they come in a year after and fix the drywall and I have been after the Creekside Estates to fix the drywall for at least six months to a year I have asked him to reimburse me for the roof that I fixed the the light fixture and the ** cover The electrical finally got taken care of smud finally came out when we called them and they took care of the electrical it was not the trailer but from the trailer to the street it was smudged problem not the trailers problem but there still was an electrical surge that happened for almost 3 years it is trailer 2 1/2 anyway and Ive been trying to get the drywall done and I have sent multiple taxes to the management who said that they were going to take care of it and they HavenBusiness response

I am a renter at a park for 55 and older operated by Hometown America in ***** *************. The park has a office and is part of a clubhouse used by the renters. There are two floors to this clubhouse the bottom floor has access for disabled but the office is on the second floor with no access to a person not able to climb stairs. The manager of the park has just notified all people in the park that she will display a new events and activities board on the second floor. This board will include any events, including trips to be posted there and if it requires signing up a clipboard will be hung directly under the posters. I asked that this board be placed down stairs so that disabled people in the park could use it. The powers to be said no they would not move this board even though there is plenty of room for it downstairs. There answer is to call a contact given and she will make sure you won't be left out. If you can not see the board how do you know what to call about and is this person going to tell whoever calls all the events for the week or month. We all pay to use the entire clubhouse and office for help when needed.Initial Complaint

They were my mortgage company, I sold my home on 05/28/2021 and contacted them requesting the refund of my insurance escrow ($2201). I was instructed to send a letter stating that I had sold my home (even though they held the title and released it due to the mortgage being paid off) I already updated them with my new address (where I received the title and a copy of the title). I have yet to receive the check from insurance escrow. I have left several messages as they dont answer the phone or return calls. I have sent letters through regular mail and certified mail so I know they have received them. I have also contacted citizens insurance and they gave me the check number and date of when they sent the refund back to hometown America. I also left that information to them on a voicemail, standard letter and a certified letter. It has been 10 months I have been trying to contact them regarding this. My property insurance shows a refund check #******* in the amount of $2201.00. Mailed back to hometown America on 7/2. **** Tracking number for a certified letter requesting the refund ********************
