      I have been certified through this company for many years with the latest being this year. I was up for reinstatement and sent in my requirements. I was then emailed back stating I was under audit and I did not meet the requirements. I had trouble understanding what was required of me as I thought I sent in everything needed. There is no way to talk to anyone. You have to email or call and get a message that "you must email" and they will respond in 48 hours. They respond a generated email in 48 hours that is in no way helpful. This went on for two or three times before I had an actual human respond to me telling me exactly what I needed to do. I did this and reponed to her email. A week has gone by with no response. Her name is ***** *****. Mind you there is a time in which the items needed to be submitted and reviewed. I submitted 2x before the date and both times either no response or just a response that my time has lapsed. It is the worst customer service I have had. Now they want more money to take the exam again. Sounds like a money grabber. I am not sure why the lack of concern or help but if I could give this company a 0 I would. As long as you do not need their help and buy their training you are good.

      This company is one of the most unreasonable companies i have ever dealt with. The day i was due to pay for my maintenance fee I ended up on an operating room table. The company had no compassion but to tell me that i now owe more money and have to jump through multiple hoops to now reinstate my lapsed certification. If I wasn't getting a lame 2% pay raise for having this certification, I would have not gone through all the trouble to reinstate it. As another customer said...this company is a "money grab." Also, you can't communicate with an actual person. You submit all communication via email. You cannot get anyone to call you.

      The tests this company puts out is ridiculous and not scored properly. They do some. Crazy scoring to the point that the applicant pass rate has dropped significantly in past several years. It's absolutely absurd. From a 91% to 70% pass rate?? Seriously?? It covers material that you wouldn't even see or cover on scene or on a cct transport, nor is it basic enough for "anyone". This company really needs to look at the way they score their tests and write their exam questions. And they give you nothing to study, just a blueprint of what May or may not be on the exam. Not to mention theres only 125 questions of which youre only scored on 100. Its the most ridiculous way of testing Ive ever seen.
