      Had fantastic experience throughout the entire process. We closed in a month after our offer was accepted. We were renters previously so we did not have the cash from previous sale. The process was seamless and zero issues. Could not be happier! Thanks again ***** and the team at GRA!

      AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Told I would close (received an email) and then the sales person for the community told me my loan didn't close. I never heard from the lender. I was then ghosted by GRA for several days until my realtor raised a huge stink. The paperwork was wrong (they missed the $10K closing credits, told me one interest rate only for it to be incorrect, and closed a week late because the loan officer messed up). Then, as an apology, they offered me a weekend in ******. That trip was never confirmed by GRA so that was yet another error/falsehood. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

      Would rate a zero if I could. After telling us we would get qualified two weeks later the house we wanted sold and they just stopped all communication with us. We immediately turned in everything they asked for and they kept saying it would be ***** hours. Twice I got emails from them meant for someone else and got an accidental call.

      10 Stars For *************************(Mortgage Lender) / 2 Stars For Guaranteed Rate as a Company.My and my fiances forever home search story started with a very positive connection with *************************, Branch Manager/VP of Mortgage Lending, Guaranteed Rate. From the onset, ****** was extremely knowledgeable, detailed, reassuring & provided very clear and concise information about every step of the process from securing pre-approval through to closure. Overall, the process was very smooth, and ****** guided us through every step of the way, even as our unique scenario raised challenges that were beyond Olivers control. Although we faced these extremely challenging obstacles, ****** was resourceful and extremely calm and collected during the most difficult of times. ****** displayed a tremendous amount of professionalism and fortitude under a circumstance in which many would have faltered. I can say with great confidence that without *************************, our attempt to secure our forever home would have slipped away.Im disappointed in the senior management levels at Guaranteed Rate, who did not appear to support ****** and as a result initially lacked supporting us as a client during our complex transaction. Im also extremely disappointed in the actions they took to pull ****** from our account during these challenges when we looked to him to help us and guide us through. None of these challenges faced were due to inadequacies in the services that ****** was providing.************************* is a true professional and I will forever hold him at a high regard as he was instrumental and key to us securing our forever home.       Im giving a one star Im a first time buyer and I had my mortgage loan through your company but since I have moved in my home I have not enjoyed my home to what I have found out that my loan was an unincorporated and I had no ideal that was done and I want to why and how every in this neighborhood is connected to this home and entering my home without my permission I have file an complaint with BBB regarding how they did connections to my home where they made my home sn outlet for everyone to connected to something the water electricity the gas smart com have devices all through the home when it supposed had been just the 3 tvs connected and everyone is working together they filed taxes on this house and whatever eles they done to it I have had enough and all these houses are connected Im not going to put the numbers of the residents in here yet but someone needs to contact me to resolve this and I want my money back that for all the harassment and terrorizing I been through in this house for the last 3 years thats not included the cameras Im being watch on through this house I cant sleep at scared to really close my eyes cause I dont know whats going to happen all the outlets and every electrical thing in here I bought this house thinking it was a good deal and a wonderful place to live but I was proved wrong Im not happy in this home I havent been since I moved in because I been scammed the most of the time since I been here paying other people water bills and mines because they are connected some how to this house and maybe we can talk to ****** with ***************** because she actually took my application for this home but *********************** finalized things with the loan I thought I was getting a good deal with my home but instead I got disappointment and heartbroken for all this I went through one bad experience and now I had to endure another one all I want is my life back and for things to be put back right and all my money for the equity of home

      If I could give lower than 1 star I would. My husband and I are first time home buyers and we had to get a renovation loan for the house we wanted. We're still in the process and are trapped with Guaranteed Rate Affinity. Their communication is incredibly poor and things keep changing and no one can answer why. Because of them we have had to push closing out 3 separate times. 0/5 stars, would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere. I wish we had.

      Do not work with them. The loan officer we were working with, *********************, did a hard pull on our credit score without asking us and then tried to tell us we could "use that for 4 months.".... So yes, we could use it if we worked with Guaranteed Affinity rate. But why would we want to work with any company that goes behind your back and does things without your approval? Many other better lenders.

      This company is a total SCAM. Stay far away from them. ********************* pulled my credit, never called me back after I called multiple times. And is down right a dirty business man. Do not trust them with any of your info run run run

      A very confusing experience for me as a first-time home buyer. The communication was not good, too many people involved and no explanation of what the next step was and what to prepare for. The numbers for the monies due at closing kept changing, and the issue is not the changed, but why did they change. I also felt like I was rushed in the process. I had to keep reaching out to all involved when I received emails and have someone explain to me what the email was about and what I had to do. I was told the appraisal fee was due at closing and then rushed to pay it before closing, and that was not explained. This was not my choice of companies but I was on a time crunch and didn't have time to look into other companies.
