  Horrible Service Over Charges for supplies that the movers never use on top of that you have to pay them for them to stop moving your stuff so they can sit eat and drink their rude. I was told that I was going to be charged $920 but after they took their break and before they unloaded my stuff they wanted $1366.00 and then when I remind them of what I was supposed to be charged they tried leaving with my stuff. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!

  Well, let me start by telling you they gave me a quote for about 500 for three hours and three guys. And of course, one guy stayed in the truck the entire time arranging the truck and the other two guys slowly and I mean super slowly moved. What should have taken maybe 3 to 4 hours tops took them eight hours and they charged me over $1000. On top of it, they broke my *************************** another $600. I would never use them again and I would advise nobody to ever use them.

  They broke my fireplace. The overcharged me when my cousin booked them and got a cheaper price for a house and I only have a 2bdrm. Reached out to them to send me the form to claim my funds for the fireplace they ignored me so I have to take them to small claims court. **** the owner was harassing me (I have the pictures of the call log) calling me after hours at 10p asking me repeatedly on a date. The workers are great the business structure and owner is unethical.

  The movers arrived 45 minutes late and then the truck broke down so it took another 3 hours for them to get my things. Even though the crew included 3 movers and a truck driver, two movers did not do much and the truck driver was forced to help with the moving. They also did not bring enough dollys to help with the move. A combination of both not having the right equipment and enough movers that actually did the work led to them taking longer. They did not understand English and I kept telling them as they were lifting my dresser that they would break it, and they did. They also broke a few other things. I was told I would be compensated for my time due to the significant delay, but when I called the customer care number and left a VM, I did not receive any response back about being compensated. I would not hire them again except for the one mover who was really good and helped around.

  They quoted a price for our move and all our items were listed. We had no surprises for the movers; but after 7/8 of all our items were in their truck they had me sign for wrapping material which they already knew was going to be used from my list of items that would cost me almost half again the amount of $ as the original cost and there was nothing we could do. Totally unprofessional and dishonest to us being the customer. No one wants their possessions damaged so of course things need to be wrapped and protected. The hidden prices are obscene and absolutely way to expensive! This should be in the original quote so customer can make decisions up front. The Forman spent an hr. Talking and we were charged for that 4th person hr. For not moving anything. Very dishonest and unethical! The company representative’s reply to our email after the move were degrading and arrogant! There was not 1 effort to answer a question truthfully and can see they will continue to do this to future customers. The workers were good hard working guys; but the sales/manager are very dishonest and unprofessional.

  I had to move and tried Worlds best Movers for the first time and I was very impressed on fast they got my items out of my apartment on the 3rd floor.I had a crew of three guys and I saw how hard they work. ******* was the ****** for the crew he help me on all issues and questions I had .Everyone that help me with the move I THANK YOU, you made the move less stressful for **** would recommend to my friends and family if they ever need movers to definitely give Worlds best Movers a call. Thank you guys again job well done!

  I should have paid attention to the one-star reviews because I would have chosen another mover. While the crew was very hardworking and fast, they were careless and destroyed my 32" TV. I was so stressed on moving day that I did not comprehend their Liability Waiver (.30 per pound -- so a damaged TV weighing 20 pounds will get you $6.00) Bottom line: I received $80 for my ******** Live and Learn.

  Move was on 7/15/2022... BEST DECISION EVER! I've heard so many horror stories about moving companies and I'm so very happy that I made the decision to go with World's Best Movers. I did all the packing and they did all the hard heavy work that I dreaded having to possibly do myself. Moving from a home to a condo is not an easy task, and they alleviated soooo much stress. The 3 gentlemen that helped were honest, polite, and thorough. They came in and got right to work. No time was wasted. They completed everything under 2 hours. The move was quiet and didn't disturb my neighbors. So quiet that one of my neighbors didn't even know I moved in. They took everything a part, and put it back together with ease. My friend and I were so impressed that she will be going to them for her next move. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

  Avoid the company and I suggest to look for another mover. Please read other negative reviews and do take them seriously because you could be the next one with such an undesirable experience costing you both time and money.The truck ran out of diesel on the way to the destination home after loading all the furniture into the truck. A 10 minute drive turned to 1 hour and 45 minutes!!! Ended up driving the movers around to get diesel for the truck. The short version of the story after trying multiple times to get the truck restarted, I ended up taking the movers to a Napa Auto Parts store for them to buy a 5 gallon can and then to two gas stations! Moving company is unapologetic and their stance is that we did not charge for you during that time which obviously they can't. No consideration or compensation for the time wasted plus driving them around.On top of all this, the truck did not fully unload my furniture at the end of the day. My coffee table glass top is now missing and the movers claimed it is not in the truck. Using the signed documents as a leverage, the moving company will not compensate me more than $30. The glass top was top quality and measures 13 sq ft which in today's market at ********** costs $350. I even offered if they could compensate at least half the cost but they wouldn't budge more than $30.Again, please avoid the company.
