    I purchased a 2017 XQ 50 from this car dealership December of 2020, which the car was a total loss, ********************* paid the *** off, I had an extended warranty on the ***, When I called the warranty to have the check issued to me for the amount of $2,483.00 the warranty department informed me that the check was issued to the car dealership and since the car was a total loss that the car dealership should've issued the refund from the warranty back to me. I have an email from *************************** informing me the amount of the check from the warranty, but also mis formed me that i could only use the warranty payment towards a new purchase or i would forfeit the warranty check and lose the money and that i could not be issued a check from the amount of the warrant. This car dealership is defrauding customers. I have asked the company for a copy of my bill of sale to reflect my down payment still haven't received that information. The warranty payment should've been issued back to me since the car was paid off,

    Worst service staff I have encountered. Twice in a month I had to take the car for service, but they claim they checked everything the first time and that its unfortunate some other things went wrong the second time. The latter I had to call for an update, "We can't find your car" two hours later, I get a notice that the car is in service. I went to pick it up and they charge me a different amount I had pre-approved three days prior. I could not drive the car as they lost my key. Finally they found it, but by that time I was already on the train. Sales: When I first took in my car I asked for a rep to go over some options for trading in the car. 45min, no one showed up to the waiting room, so I left. I get a call 2 days later with the estimated trade in value. I get a call 10 days later "I have here that you were interested in trading in your car." Sorry I could not give you my $40k business, but it is hard to trust your dealership. As one of your worker said in Spanish "we are thinly staffed here and there is no coordination for servicing the client."
