DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THEM!!!!!! They will SCAM you!!! They LIED TWICE on my inspection and they verbally said they noticed the oil leaks while doing their inspection that they marked GREEN. The actual cause of the oil leaks was from two loose bolts. They marked GREEN on the bolts as well. I had to pay $635 out of pocket to fix their mistakes. I was only asking for my out of pocket. I emailed over the charges so they knew everything was legit. I talked to **** ****** (manager partner and **) he was so incredibly rude. Could not believe someone talked to a woman as ignorant as he did. I only thought it was fair and the right thing to do was to take care of the mistake they made and just pay for my out of pocket expense. This has all been such an inconvenience to me having my car that I just got on the shop now from their mistake. He would not pay for it and told me I better hope my extended warranty covers it as he laughed. He was so rude and arrogant. DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS SCUM BAG and his dealership. Go somewhere else. Take my word!!

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM! Although they are probably selling Hondas have a great reputation and no need to cover up issues before selling new cars. They will supply you with a checklist showing that the car has been checked out and there are no issues. Then they offer you an extended warranty of at least 4 times what you can buy directly. Also offering an Auto Nation short-term warranty at no cost. The result, I drove the car what was supposed to be a fully checked out car home 1100 miles noticed a few things, and wanted to get it checked out. I took it to a Porsche Dealer because there were no Auto Nation dealers close and wanted someone who knew the car. End result what this dealer noted as a perfect and checked out car, ended up costing me another $3000 plus fixing what should have been caught during the Auto Nation inspection. They refuse to admit this was an issue and will not cover the gap between what the short-term warranty did cover and what it cost me out of pocket! If it is not a Honda do not buy it from them.

Stay away from this dealership. Also from sale representative ***********************. He will call you "as a jerk "and wasted his time for not buying from him .Also I emailed the general manager and sale manager for this situation and no response yet from them .What a customer service for the management!!

If I could do zero stars I would but this is what I expected going into a dealership as a woman. ** started out nice for the sale of course and came with some ridiculous numbers. I simply tried negotiating and he got aggravated and pushy. I wanted to negotiate a good deal and once numbers were talked he was supposed to ask his manager but was so fixated on me signing a paper saying if they agreed Id buy. Very aggressive and pushy and a nonchalant attitude. Then the b******* manager ****** comes out and is just as aggressive and careless. He said Im not serious because i would sign their paper. Unprofessional and very manipulative way of doing sales. The entire experience was unethical on top of the salesman TJ trying to hit on me in the ride to the lot where the car was.

Simply put, I had an absolutely horrific experience as a customer at this car dealership in several ways. It is not too strong to say this dealership practices what is widely considered to be predatory lending. Specifically, Financial Managers ***************************** and ********************* were two of the most disrespectful, shady, unfriendly men I have ever dealt with, let alone as a customer of their business making a $25K+ purchase. ******** was incredibly condescending and deceiving in every interaction we had with him. At one point while he relentlessly tried to sell us dealership warranties after I repeatedly declined, he commented about my wife and Is pregnancy you know your budget is going to change when a baby comes, who knows what youll be able to afford if a $2500 car issue comes up. Classy. Additionally, ****** specifically disrespected my wife by ignoring her completely throughout our entire interaction, and acted as if he could barely stand to be in the same room as us while we signed documents agreeing to purchase a car from him. He gave ****, one word responses/instructions and rushed us through very important paperwork that stated the financial implications of our purchase and loan.*****************************, *********************, and this dealership attempted to exploit my wife and I with high interest rates and loan lengths that we explicitly stated we did not want. I had to ask more than five times to be disclosed the actual terms of the loan before we were told that the interest rate was much higher than we had qualified for the day before through Chase (not just pre-qualified, actual auto loan application approved via hard credit inquiry through *****). After a battle of attrition just to receive a fair interest rate and the length of loan that was specifically requested, there was no apology or acknowledgment that any mistakes were made on their end and we were treated poorly the rest of the transaction.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and drove home from downtown to Northwest suburbs! When I got home I could smell antifreeze very strong in the car! I reached out to the dealership sales person who did not respond right away and then she sent me off to a manager in training! Who would not return my calls until I was on my way there. He called when I was on the way there. After I called to alert him! He tells me the car was deemed worthy to drive. I had Merlin look over the car where several other things were wrong with it! It goes into park by itself/ the power steering hose is sweating fluid / the system has so many glitches I cannot explain. The manager in training tells me he cannot pay for the car to be fixed. He will try to help w/ $400.00 for repairs that already will cost close to $1300.00. I have yet to get a check or my vehicle fixed! The 1st day I got the car it was not a good car. It is costing me an upwards of $20,000.00 for the vehicle and They have not done anything about it! I have talked to this so called manager several times and was reassured they sent the check and never received anything! This dealership will take your money and sell you a lemon. Do not trust anyone at Downtown Chicago Honda ever! Horrible service. They are out just to make a sell and do not care about the customer! Do not buy from this dealership!!!! ALERT: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
