    Really enjoyed supporting this company for many years until last October 2023 when it was time to turn in my third lease car. Was double charged from the financing company and no one was willing to assist or admit there was a problem. Then the dealer encouraged me to finance car and put me into a car that I had continued issues with the branded support system,navigation and voice control systems which was decommissioned.and when I took the car to carmax they gave me report that showed it had several reported problems. And this was supposed to be a certified pre-owned vehicle. All I wanted was a reliable and affordable car that as a realtor would fit my needs. I just found out that the leased car they put me into which I was under the impression would be a wash and start me off even they put me into a car that automatically puts me into an upside down position, which I found out from carmax and another Lexus dealer. This experience has affected me physically and financially. I want to be done with McGrath Lexus company all together.
