      I refinanced my car on 8/5. I went back the following business day on 8/7, after reading my contract at home and realized that they misrepresented what I was getting. I came in with ****** left to pay on my loan and when I refinanced I left with a new loan for the same car I had for 16 months, now owning over ******. A 2018 RAV4. I read the contract over the weekend and went back that Monday and told them after I read the contract I would like to reverse to my old contract because the new contract was worse than my previous contract and they denied my request. They knowingly mislead me. They have you sign forms that are not available in hard copy until after they have your signature and then they print it.. Furthermore, that didnt communicate that I would be charged the same sticker price that I was charged in my first contract. So, 16 months of payments for $760 was erased; I now have ****** to pay as opposed to the ****** that I came in with and they will not reverse it at my request after one business day.

      We were lied to about the mileage on the car. We wanted to buy a brand NEW car. The saleslady (***************************) verbally told us that the car had exactly 7 miles on it while we were looking at it in the showroom. We trusted her when we asked her to show us a NEW car that the car was NEW, but it turned out to be a DEMO. During the paper-signing nobody mentioned that the car actually had ***** miles on it. After we signed the papers, only then was the actual mileage and the fact that it was a DEMO mentioned to us by ***************************. So, we got baited-and-switched. We are paying the price of a brand NEW car for a DEMO (that was heavily used by employees).We complained immediately and appealed to the manager (*************************). As a compensation for the error in communication, ************************* offered us a written deal that offered us a check of $1,500 to be picked-up within 3 days plus 2 extra years of bumper-to-bumper warranty but the offer (in fine print) had an expiration of 30 days. We came back three days later and they said the owner is away (in *******) and is required to be around to sign the check. Effectively, dodging us until the 30 day expiration period so the deal expires. As of yet, we have not received the check or the extended warranty. This is shady business practices.I've been a loyal customer of ******************** for many, many years. I feel that for being Hispanic and because of our elderly age, we got taken advantage of with misleading information and/or withholding essential agreement-binding information (i.e mileage). Will be reporting this situation to the Better Business Bureau.

      We apologize for the less than exceptional experience the customer had with our store. All the paperwork the customer signed had the correct mileage. We offered the customer the compensation he was looking for and he has already picked up the check.

      I purchased A used vehicle from this dealership on 03/05/2022 and things were promised but not given in writing on that day. Now there were some problems with the paperwork and the finance company that I had to go back and redo the paperwork, A remote starter and the dent repair were put in writing on 04/12/2022 and Mike Anderson Chevrolet have yet to honor their part of this agreement. It's coming up on a year and they have yet to call me with an appointment to do the work.

      My salesman ***** was absolutely great. Very thorough, very patient, very detailed and informative. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. In all my years this was probably one of the most pleasant buying experiences Ive had. I literally came in at the last minute just to view inventory with no intent to purchase a car that day. But the entire process was actually done in about three hours from start to finish. I already knew what I had in mind when I walked in the door, so no time was wasted trying to make up my mind as far as what type of car I was interested in. This dealership had the best deals compared to all of the other dealerships I looked into such as **************, ***********************, *************, ******** auto barn, Carvana, etc. I was able to drive away in a brand new 2023 fountain blue ***** trailblazer. Not to mention the financing worked out in my favor. The car was a little out of my budget, but they were able to get me a deal and an interest rate that worked for me. So I am more than satisfied with my entire experience. Thank you, thank you.so coming back to edit my initial review it is one month and two days later of me purchasing my new vehicle and ******************************* has NOT paid off my old car. Now I am forced to make a payment on a car that I no longer own. I do not want to show up as being in default on my credit report. Prior to going this far without my old loan being paid off, I call my sales guy left a message He did not get back to me! I left a message for the finance guy as of yesterday and of course He didnt call me back either. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Allegedly my paperwork was not legible the day of the purchase when it was faxed to the bank for the new loan I feel scammed. I think this is ridiculous. I need answers! This is absolutely poor ***************** and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

The car you purchased which you financed has to be funded (dealer receives funds from bank) before we can make your payoff to your trade. Your Trailblazer was funded on 12/6/22 and we have sent a check to payoff your trade on 12/6/22. The check was sent *** 1Z8791X10790961523 and was received on 12/8/22. Again we apologize for any miscommunication.

      I am rejecting this response because: my problem still has not been resolved. My 2016 ***** is still not paid off. *************** still has not received the check even though itdelivered. Overnight checks should have been sent to the **** location and not to the ***** location.We are now going into another month, where I will have to pay an additional payment on the ***** Malibu, that I am not in possession of this is unacceptable. Had I known **** Andersons screwup because the paperwork was not legible, so this is the dealerships fault I would have just paid off the car instead of putting a down payment down at the dealership. My down payment was more than what was old on the car. This has been a hassle and more than an inconvenience at holiday time. I should not have to use my holiday money to pay for a car note I no longer have.

      I purchase a brand new vehicle from this dealer in 11/2021, A ***** spark active 2021, my car was hit in August 2022 Im still waiting for a ***** to get the part to the right passenger side the fender its going on five months and Ive been promised that they would get it and still waiting, this is unacceptable that I have to drive around with half car damage cant get any resolution, I need to dealer to find the part so I can get my car fixed or give me a loaner until they find the part because my insurance Geico wont give me a rental until the car is in to get repair.       Unfortunately this matter is out of our control. The Fender was not ordered through us here at Mike Anderson Chevrolet. We also verified that the Passenger Side Fender is on National Back Order. The customer must continue to deal with the vehicle insurance company to find a resolution to the matter.  Thank You.

      I purchased this vehicle 11/17/2021, I was in possession of the vehicle 11/18/2021, *************************** drove the car to my apartment at 8:45pm. They kept the vechicle to do a point check to make sure nothing was wrong with the vehicle. On 11/19/2021 the lights went out and I had to drive the vehicle back to the dealership to have the lights fixed. On sereval occassions between November and December, the engine light came on and it went out and it did not come on again until 01/08/2022 and stayed on. I called the dealership and told them the light has come on again and now it has continued to stay on, I was told to bring the car back on Monday 01/10/2022 at 10am and they will see what's the problem, they will not be busy and it might not take long. I get there at 10am and was told there is 27 cars ahead of me and I need to leave the car. I told them that I have no other way to get around and I would need a vehicle. I was then told that they do not give out courtesy cars anymore, so I didn't know if the engine was going out and I would be stuck with a car without an engine and still have to pay for it so I went to ******************* on 10/12/2022 and it was repaired on the same day.
