    Extremely bad altitude. I left my AirPod on my just purchased car. The cleaner just put my AirPods in his private backpack. The manager and sale did not even apologize and treated me in a totally bad manner.

    Im writing this letter in response to the complaint filed by ******************** (complaint ID *********
         After reviewing your complaint, I have to say that our *********************** did the appropriate thing by placing the earbuds in his backpack in order to not have the earbuds be damaged or lost.  Had Devons desire been to steal the earbuds, he could have simply put them in his pocket.
         Furthermore, our dealership services more than ****** cars per year, and it is very seldom that any items are stolen.
         So ******* can rest assured that ***** was being very responsible.  **********, I personally attest that ***** is a great employee and I value his work ethic.
    That said:
    I am sorry that ******* felt as he did regarding this matter as we value his business, and always want him to feel that our goal is to treat all of our customers as we would expect to be treated.  The Golden Rule.
