This company, NHU, started by Dr. *************************** (DC chiropractor) has mis-represented themselves. This is Network Chiropractic technique started by ***************************** in ********. **************** was ********************** student 25 years ago. Had I known the origin of the technique and ****************** (as shown on *********************** TV series), I never would have paid for it. It is a technique offered nationally. ******************. does not approve of this mis-representation either. The course is $10,000.00, to start in February 2023. Thus far, I have received NO services, product, or courses. I paid $6000 ($2000 via ******************* and $4000 via ************ plus interest at $50/month on each transaction. As you read the email threads, you can see; at first they offered that I wait 6 weeks to 6 months for a "charge back on my CC's". Later they offered 60% refund! UNACCEPTABLE! I have gotten nothing (lousy T shirt). One should NOT have to pay for services NOT rendered! They are stealing from thousands of potential students!Thank you,******************************* PA,NMD,DACM,PhD Natures ********** ************************ Medical Advisor ************************ *************** (cell)*************** (Fax)Whats App *************** We Chat - *************** Skype: Galvingirl **************************************************************************************

We educate potential students about the *** and have a very detailed, comprehensive interview process. In order to join our program, one must (1) read through our website, (2) watch a 90-minute informational webinar, (3) submit an application, (4) if approved, have an interview with our Director of Education. During the interview, our Director of Education goes over the formal agreements, which applicants are required to read & sign before they enroll. The interviewee can ask questions about the agreement, can also peruse the agreement after the interview is over to make sure they fully understand, and ultimately, can choose not to sign the agreement.

Nevertheless, despite the pre-enrollment teaching and services, not every applicant is able to distinguish *** teachings and techniques from what they already know. Inability to distinguish the known from the unknown is a well-known and common symptom of the human condition to seek the comfort of familiarity to avoid profound changes by reducing new, unknown, information to what is already known. Such symptoms appear as, e.g., confusing the teachings of *** with many other modalities, such as kundalini, reiki, energy work, breathwork, and "network chiropractic", as evidenced by daily comments and questions on our social-media advertisements.

*** does not teach or offer any of the aforementioned modalities. Specifically, the *** does not teach "network chiropractic." "Network Chiropractic" is an obsolete term that was derived 20 years ago by "[networking] several chiropractic methodologies and theoretical models." "Network Chiropractic," now known as network spinal analysis ****** is taught to doctors of chiropractic to analyze and correct vertebral subluxations. See the following articles for reference and more information: (1) "Network Spinal Analysis: A System of *********** Delivery Within the Subluxation-Based Chiropractic Model" by ***************************, D.C., in the ******* of ********* Subluxation Research, Aug. ****, Vol. 1, No. 1; and (2) "A historical perspective on network spinal analysis care: A unique insight into the spine's role in health and wellbeing," by *******, ******, and *********, in Chiropractic ******* of Australia, Jan. 2017, 45(4):304-323.

Our workSource Code Meditation (SCM)has very little in common with what was once Network Chiropractic, or any of its iterations. SCM and the 9 Summits of Transformation are programs that (1) lead to increased energy in the pre-frontal cortex (***) of the brain, as demonstrated in several studies, including before-and-after EEG brain scans, and (2) leverage the increased energy in the *** by applying a unique life-mapping system, which is not like anything in "Network Chiropractic", nor in any of its iterations.

While there is some, but not exact, similarity to the organic response in a recipients body, there also is reference to similar, organic responses in at least 20 different modalities, techniques, and ***************** over a several thousand-year period of time.

Our students and Facilitators do not perform clinical assessments, spinal assessments, use phasing systems, correct spinal-cord tension, correct vertebral subluxations, nor utilize "Network Chiropractic" contacts. Our understanding is that these aforementioned activities are all hallmarks of "Network Chiropractic" and have nothing to do with our program. Virtually all of Source Code Meditations gentle touch points go in different directions and many are in different locations from anything associated with "Network Chiropractic." Accessing these touch points through a ********************** program is not meant to be corrective or therapeutic in any way, as it is in "Network Chiropractic" and its iterations.

SCM touch points can be taught to be self-administered. "Network Chiropractic" and its iterations are not, and can not (as we understand it), be self-administered.

In addition to many SCM touch points which are completely unrelated to "Network Chiropractic," we do utilize touch points at the top of the spine and bottom of the spine, although in different directions compared to "Network Chiropractic." The touch points at the top and bottom of the spine have been known for thousands of years and  have been utilized in a variety of different systems. Within the human potential movement, there are an abundance of references to subtle-energy pathways in the body, key points of influence, and a variety of different names for energy, waves, breath, and movement in the body. For example, there are centuries-old references to Taoist healers contacting the upper spine touch point, which they called the "jade ******** and then observing changes of breath, and waves of breath. Also, ancient Vedantic traditions referred to this same area as "The Mouth of God." And yogic nadi systems used both the upper and lower points and reported waves of energy, waves of ************** waves. The late **************** even referred to an evolutionary energy in man that would energize the higher aspects of the brain for the future of humanity.

Our work at the *** is based on The 9 Summits of Transformation, which is a complete path informed by integral metatheory. "Network Chiropractic" is not based in either The 9 Summit of Transformation, nor integral metatheory. There is virtually nothing within The 9 Summits of Transformation that resembles "Network Chiropractic" or its iterations in any way.

The complaint also mentions **************** *********** series, which features an episode with *********************. Contrary to the assertion that the work of ************************* is featured in Paltrow's program, ******** website FAQ states "his method is not ***** The "Goop Lab" website focuses on beauty, fashion, wellness, food, and travel; there is no mention of "Network Chiropractic" or its iterations on Paltrow's website.

We understand that people have partial views, and partial knowledge, about the *** based on their previous knowledge, which is why we educate before enrollment. The complaint claims, erroneously, to see "Network Chiropractic" in the ***. Others also frequently, but erroneously, see kundalini, or reiki, or breathwork, or energy work, and we similarly educate around those misunderstandings. We have not misrepresented ourselves, but a complete education and understanding is only available by enrolling in one of our programs. Our programs are leading-edge, new, and revolutionary, which can trigger an overwhelming desire to "pigeon-hole," or even quit, the process when faced with profound transformation.

We believe that, with only a partial understanding, the complaint is now lashing out with threats and slander to get of out of the agreement that was signed. The agreement explains that, once it is signed, and enrollment is complete, we do not provide refunds. We have a no-refund agreement because monies are immediately paid out to various teachers and contractors, and supplies are shipped out to the student. Upon enrollment, students receive more than a t-shirt despite what was written in this complaint; we also send books for the course which, if read, would make it abundantly clear that SCM is not "Network Chiropractic" nor any other modality. We also reserve space with down payments for live events that will be attended by the student. The class size (number of students that enroll) dictates the size of the event space that ********. All of these reasons have led us to create a no-refund agreement that students must understand and agree to of their own free will. Therefore, we do not owe any refunds to ******* as the terms were extremely clear and the process extensive to make sure students understand. Attached is the agreement (we can provide the actual signed copy if needed we were not sure if we were legally allowed to upload her personal signature here).

As the complaint mentioned, we did suggest she submit chargebacks on her payment. This was supposed to be a helpful suggestion to her, and even possibly detrimental to us, should we lose the chargeback case. We were simply offering a solution for her that would allow her to get her tuition returned, while we kept our side of the agreement in tact. This suggestion would also allow an impartial 3rd party to make a decision based on the evidence, which seemed like a fair solution to us. She became aggressive and litigious after that suggestion, and at that point we thought it best for everyone involved to just part ways. That is when we offered a 60% refund, which again, we thought extremely fair given the circumstances. Again, she refused and made further threats.
