    I'm a veteran of the ******************, honorable. I went apartment hunting a few months ago and I gave Calibrate a letter of advocacy for disabled veterans. I went to another resource in *****************, **. I was put and approved from a waiting list for people in my situation of a financial hardship and low credit score that happened from an incident(s) that were out of my control for myself and children whom I raise on my own with no help from anyone. Calibrate, their employees of ************************ put my digital signature on various documents and they changed lease terms from fourteen to eleven back to twelve months without my knowledge. I told them that as of October 2024, the rules have changed for veterans and by local, state, federal laws, we can no longer use digital signatures in real estate, politics, what have you. Beginning in January of 2025 its federally mandated to help families with original paperwork, wet signatures, and notaries.
