    I purchased a watch through ******* with a third party company called Exact Time co. I bought a Bulova womens classic watch 96p148. I purchased this watch on December 18th and received it December 22nd. I returned the watch to the ******* store on December 27th. I received an email saying I would not get my refund until the watch was received. I got the email saying return received and had a refund given to my card on January 5th. Then on January 15th I was charged again for the watch with an email saying my refund was cancelled and the company never received the watch. I purchased another watch on the same day, received same day and returned same day with a different third party company and revived a refund for that watch without a problem. This company, Exact Time ** is charging me for a watch I returned to them so now I am out of 149 dollars and dont even have the watch to show for it. My bank cannot help since there is no proof of return other than the email I received. Maybe ******* has footage on camera of me returning, I am not sure. They tell me they cannot give me a receipt of the return that I made in person and I had thrown mine away once I received my refund initially. I did not expect them to take the money back ten days later. I am no longer even able to order from ******* online because of it all, telling me I have return violations! This is very upsetting for me and others should be warned about ordering from this company. I would love for the company to give me my money back!
