    I purchased a car here and was unaware the car was marked as a total loss until i went to renew my insurance. I reached out to the business to find a resolution and they claimed to be unaware. I am having multiple issues that are occurring with the car because of the severity of the damage done prior to my ownership because the car was deemed a totally loss. I am more than certain that the businesses was aware of the status of the car and yet still sold me the car. Also they are all mechanics so how could they not be aware. The car is not safe to drive.

    Good afternoon, I would like to apologize for the late response. We are having issues with our mail being delivered late and to wrong location. Our mail carrier is changing daily.  To the complaint of Mrs. ****** she knew she was purchasing vehicle As Is.  We purchase Mrs. ***** vehicle from an auction called ******. In this auction the vehicle was sold as a clean Title.  The only damage the vehicle had was a cracked rear taillight and rear tail gate door bend in a corner. The vehicle Mrs. ***** is driving has no structure damage to make the vehicle unsafe to drive. Mrs. ***** only has come to us once s***e she purchased vehicle with a mechanical repair and was addressed. Vehicles unfortunately need repair because parts break down and fail, that is part of the wear and tear on a vehicle because it is in use. Mrs. ***** came to us stating after a year of her car being insured with full coverage by her insurance company, that her insurance company told her this vehicle was reported as a total lost by another insurance company. We had no prior knowledge of this. Mrs. ***** told us she could not find an insurance company that would insure her vehicle full coverage.  Mrs. ***** never stated she felt the vehicle was unsafe to drive and has never complaint of having any issues with the vehicle. I told Mrs. ***** I would give her information on what insurance companies would insure her vehicle. I gave her a couple of insurance companies. Vehicle to be deemed unsafe, if would have structure damaged and sever body damage which this vehicle had none, and it would be sold a s salvage vehicle. ****** would have not sold it to M&R Complete *** because you need a specific license to purchase these types of vehicles and when purchasing from the auction ****** you are blocked from even biding on these types of vehicles because you don't meet the license requirements Mrs. ***** has been driving her vehicle for over a year with no issues. We regret to inform that we cannot refund any amount.
