    In September 2020, I purchased a queen-size mattress and a platform bed frame. (That broke three weeks after my purchase). I now realize that I received a full-size mattress (I measured). I called customer service to file a complaint. **************** relayed my complaint to district manager ****. I was assured he'd contact me within 24 hours, and he did. **** was unpleasant and useless, and essentially told me I was out of luck because time had passed. Knowing that I am a paying customer, I should have received better service. I then called customer support again, hoping to have someone in a higher position return my call regarding my concern. I am quite dissatisfied with the consequence of being a paying customer Thanx
