    I am a restaurateur in the ********* area who also has a decades long history as an online survey taker. I've been using my very valuable spare time to lend my expertise to Technomic surveys which are targeted to restaurant upper management. I also have referred many fellow colleagues in restaurant management to the Technomic survey site. I've been a member for many months & have successfully completed and been compensated for dozens of surveys. Looking back at my e-mails I was paid for a completed survey on 10/18 & then sent a 15 point ($15) survey on 10/31 that I also completed only to find I couldn't log into my account as it was listed as "blocked/banned". So, for no reason my account was banned & then I was e-mailed a survey that I completed and had no way of being compensated for. I also soon realized that this same thing happened to my colleagues that had signed up for this site.I sent a complaint to Technomic & waited over a week with no reply - so here we are I don't really need an explanation for this random banning of me and my fellow colleagues (Technomic is running out of money and cancelling the most active accounts is the most likely explanation), but I expect my account to be reactivated so I can be paid for the last survey I took and have a chance to continue participating as long as Technomic is solvent and able to pay it's panelists. Otherwise this is a warning for anyone who chooses to do business with Technomic.
