  I trusted them to press transfers on shirts that I provided. I signed a waiver stating that they are not liable for the garment for any mistakes made during printing/embroidery process. We will re-print/embroider any mistakes but the responsibility of replacing the shirt is on the customer. You understand that this is the risk if you providing your own garments and them willing to print on outside garments.I could understand this waiver being valid if I provided cheap shirts that burned. But when YOUR EMPLOYEE IS CARELESS AND PRINTS THE TRANSFER ON THERE UPSIDE DOWN, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR THAT. YOU, IN GOOD FAITH, SHOULD REPLACE THE ******* They called me the day I was scheduled to pick them up and told me the shirts are ready but they missed up the other shirt so I need to bring another one. I told the associate that I should not be held liable for that, and that I needed to speak to the manager. She told me she was the manager, and I told her I need to speak to the owner, ****. I told her he needs to call me ASAP. She told me she would try to reach him. She called me back a few minutes later and informed me that **** is traveling and he does not have time to speak to me, and that the waiver is valid, and I need to provide my own shirts. When I came to pick up my order, I just so happened to find a shirt in the same color but one size bigger! $4.55 is what I had to pay. Because I PRIDE MYSELF ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I paid the price for the shirt. I always felt **** had a nasty attitude, which I attributed to me being *****, but I dealt with it because I received pretty good service. To have this happen to me is extremely disheartening, and him not taking accountability for his careless employees is what put the nail in the coffin for me. To see that other customers have accused him of having a nasty attitude only validates what I felt about him all of these years. Im done with this store and ****.
