My mother entered Harmony Healthcare and Rehab on October 19,2022. She has COPD and was hospitalized for COPD related issues. In November (unsure date) she complained of a horrible toothache. Harmony set up transportation to take her to a dentist appointment at 3PM on November 16,2022. She, and a friend/witness, waited in Harmonys downstairs lobby for over an hour and a half waiting for the transportation company. Around 3:15PM they (mother and friend/witness) decided to go back upstairs because my mother wasnt feeling well and she had been waiting for a long time. Harmony arranged for a later appointment because the transportation company THEY arranged never showed up. My mother declined a later appointment because she was tired and waited long enough.November 17,2022 my mother tested positive for COVID. She continued to complain about the horrible tooth pain. November 22,2022 Harmony gave my mother an 5 day antibiotic to help with the tooth pain. The antibiotic did not help and she continued to have tooth pain. After nearly daily complaints of her tooth pain and her family members questioning Harmony and requesting a dentist appointment nothing was done except a daily dosage of Tylenol. On January 12,2023 I had a conference with Harmony to inquire what they have done since the antibiotics in November. They could not tell me one thing they did to take care of her severe tooth pain she complained about close to daily. Harmony neglected her health and wellness. We were paying them out of pocket to do a job that they did not do. She suffered for months and was pushed aside. I asked Harmony on January 12,2023 to call me the following day with documentation on what they did to help my mothers pain. The Director of Admissions said he would personally call me. He never called. It is now January 21,2023 and after many attempts I have yet to receive a phone call and any documents. ******* (Director of Admissions) has ignored my attempts. There is more but not enough space
