      Horrible customer service. Vendor charged me for shipping and only shipped half my order. I should have read these reviews before placing an order and would not have done it. Vendor did not show any item was out of stock and then when I cancelled my order they said sorry it already shipped and I would need to ship back at MY expense to get the money back? horrible horrible and please do not shop with them.

      Zero customer service! I ordered 80 dollars worth of product and was missing an item. I emailed twice asking for a refund to my card for the missing product and tried calling 3 times over the course of a week. No response on emails and the calls were answered by a high pitched fast voice and then put on hold forever all 3 times, never able to talk to anyone. I will never order from them again.

      I used to really like this company but no longer. My last two orders took nearly a week to ship. And the most recent one was missing 2 of the 3 items that were why I placed the order. **************** says they are out of stock but the website doesnt show this. They showed in stock when I placed the order, when I was notified (sort of) they were removed from my order, and over the several days of emails with customer service.

      This company operates on a less than ethical standpoint. I have placed several orders with them and I always order several items to spread the shipping costs. What they have done twice to me is ********* one part of an order an d just cancelled the remaining items.....with out even telling me. When I inquire, I am told that the product was out of stock, but when I check the web site, there is no indication that the product is not available. I have told them they should put that on the web site if the product is not there. For example, i order 4 items and the shipping cost is therefore divided amongst the product. What they did twice is ********* one product and the shipping cost was just about double the price of the product. If I would have been asked, ** would have told them not to ship anything because of the shipping cost. They have done this to me twice and no apology at all. I will state I have complaint about the product itself.

      After reading some of the reviews posted on this company I was a little nervous to give them a shot. I placed a pretty large order of products and received everything I ordered in a timely manner. The taste and freshness of their products is just amazing. I see that some people are having trouble with customer service and when I called to get an update on my order I was greeted kindly and with respect. It seems like the people who call this company acting all high and mighty don't get exactly what they want all the time, but finding something wrong with an item is possible when ordering from any online store and the company shouldn't get ripped apart for making a couple mistakes. When I received my order my peanuts were perfectly packed and the tracking information was one hundred percent accurate. I have no negative things to say about this company and will continue to buy their amazing products.

      Forget this company. Some of the worst customer service ever encountered. I ordered, among other things, a bag of raisins, which was delivered. When I grabbed a handful to munch on, I almost broke a tooth on a black and white rock the size of a big molar. Fortunately I didn't swallow it either. I called customer services and told them what happened. She told me to send in a photo of the rock and a letter of explanation. I did, and got no reply. I called again. She said my letter was never received and to resend. I sent it again. Still no reply. I called again. She told me, "Rocks happen sometimes. No big deal." And when I told her I wanted a sensible explanation and sensible customer service, she just kept yelling, "Yatta yatta yatta yatta f**k that!!!" Blowing off one customer is not going to hurt their bottom line, and they obviously do not care about that. When I tried to speak to somebody else there who might be able to address my concern like a professional business person, she refused let me contact the person, making it clear that my request would never get past her. Trying to contact anyone at this company to complain is hopeless. Redirecting the few bucks I spend on their kinds of products to other companies is not going to make them change their shoddy business practices, but they won't be making a profit with a cent of my money. Fortunately there are lots of other players in the fruit and nut game who would be glad to take my money in exchange for decent service and a decent product that won't send me to the dentist..

      I placed an order for Chocolate covered Cashews but received Malted Milk ***** instead. A simple mix up and, you would think, easy to rectify. That is, if the company responded to anyone of the 3 emails I sent, or to the voice mail I left. However, they never answered any of them and I finally had to dispute the charge with my CC bank to recover my money. I can't rate the quality of the product I ordered since I never received it, but rest assure the have zero customer service! Avoid this business!!

      I placed an order in mid January 2022 for over $75 worth of product. It was never received by the shipper despite being charged. I attempted to call, email, and reach them through their website to no avail. I eventually had to contact them via social media to elicit a response.

      Very dissapointing and not proffesional company. Given phone number is bogus, the other one at addrres info, shows "OPEN" but is closed.I order 22 pounds of dried mangos, i was hoping for 11 pound each packages 2 pound each, It came in one box 11 pouns each. It is ,too heavy for me (92 years old) to carry it up from the floor. I bended and tried to separate the pieces to jars...they are so squeesed together i should use the *************************. No any ifo, how many callories, sugar carbohydates. Scandal! Is anybody able to close this copany?

      On Jan. 6 I placed an order for 25 pounds peanuts and 10 pounds cashews with Nutstop.com.The peanuts arrived, but the cashews did not. *** records show that the peanuts were shipped, but the cashews were not. No one at Nutstop will answer my inquiries and it seems obvious I am out a lot of money. Their contact phone line 1 833 --- ---- when answered is a high pitched female voice speaking so fast she is hard to understand. She says something about nuts and candies and then music starts playing and there is no more human contact. Their other phone # 1 888 --- ---- is just a female asking for personal info such as are there people over 55 living in your house?I would not advise anyone to do business with these people. No stars.
