  My husband came across an add for their suicide prevention hoodies. He ordered two of them for us. We immediately got an error saying pick up card - sf not sure what was going on we noticed his debit card has been locked. He subsequently tried my credit card and immediately that was flagged for fraud also. This company attempted charging our debit card SIXTEEN times from all different website names. What a **** and fraud of a company!!! Thankfully they didnt get a ***** from us.

  Billed my 5 companies and no product and no refund. What a joke. Get a email every 3 months about not replying to their ticket. And it keeps repeating. Its a shame that this keeps happening . With technology you would think consumers would be safer. Guess we suckers when it comes to these motivational quotes and you know feel good shirts and stuff or products in general we think its for the right reasons.

  This company is a scam! If your thinking about buying from Nighted on their "Dear Person behind you..." hoodie just don't. Never received the order plus the company keeps trying to charge my bank account $40 every other day. My bank was notified and had to get a new debit card. The website says they are with the BBB whenever they are not. I will not trust another ****** website to purchase anything on bc this is where I saw their ad. What a shame to scam people over a nice msg written on a hoodie.

  My name is Claudia Edwards and a few days ago I saw ad on Facebook for Enough hoodie from NightEd. I wanted to buy 1 at price of $14.95 I ordered a LG blue Enough hoodie, but I could also get another color of my choice Enough hoodie for $4.95 shipping was supposed to be $8.95. I was charged $29.68 which the text I received said for 1 $14.95 plus 1 free shipping $14.83 total $29.68 then right after I got another text message claiming I had bought the purple hoodie $4.90 plus $14.73 shipping total $19.63. I Immediately called my card company. My card was locked. And I'm trying recover my money. I tryed 8 to submit a complaint ticket on NightEd site for my money, everytime Error. I'd like say this scam please don't be foolish like me. They ask using suicide prevention as a joke...only reason I wanted one.

  In august I purchase 3 hoodies and have been charged for them and received them, no issues there. But now I have been charged in September and October for 2 different amounts $42.95 & ***** if this is some sort of subscription I didn't ask for it and I don't want it, but wouldn't it be the same price monthly??? SCAMMMMMMM!!!!!!! I didn't order anything else. This company in garbage, mental health support my behind... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

  I purchased a sweatshirt from the ************************* website. First of all they had the BBB logo on the website, which is the reason I felt safe to make the purchase. I purchased a positivity sweatshirt on sale for $14.99. As I was checking out, they gave me the option of a second sweatshirt as a special value for purchasing the first for $4.99. When I check my bank account moments later, they charge me $19.63 for the sweatshirt they offered me at $4.99 in addition to the $29.68 for the first shirt and shipping. I was able to call the customer service number and spoke with someone who appeared to be of Asian descent. Explain to her what my situation was. She then told me The additional $14.73 was for shipping because it was a second order placed. I told her it wasnt a second order placed. It was one order with two products and I refuse to pay $14 in addition for shipping when both were purchased at the same time. I asked that the order be canceled. I did not want any of the products. I was then told, that once the order has been placed, and an order number is presented. An order cannot be canceled. I explain it was a Saturday evening and nothing had been done and probably wont be touched until Monday. The order could be canceled. She told me I could not cancel . When The representative saw that I was getting very agitated, I told her this is unfair practices and you know that this is not right . She then ask me to hold the line. When she returned, she said I will refund you the $14 for shipping. I explained that that was unfair and it was deceptive and I did not appreciate it. She told me I would see my refund for the $14 dollars in a few days.I have not received the sweatshirts Or the refund as of yet. I do not recommend this business.

  Nighted ** is terrible. They support mental health yet stress anyone and everyone that accidentally gets tricked into ordering from them. They claimed the se**nd order would be $4.99!!! Yet they dont tell you they will charge another $20 in shipping. It took forever to receive them. I got the extra for my friend and the print is messed up on the back. The quality of sweatshirt is terrible and they will not respond to your emails. Its absolutely terrible. They need to be shut down.

  Id give ZERO stars if I could First, I was charged TWO times for shipping when ordering TWO sweatshirts that were shipped in the same package and when I wrote to complain, they told me that was their policy, even though it was not made known during the placement of the order. The material used is SUBPAR and NOT at all worth the monies spent. They do not answer their phones no matter when you call but by email Ive been told Im unable to return the items as well. I ordered because I thought it was a nice sentiment but I am warning people NOT TO ORDER from this company. They are SCAMMERS. I will be posting this review wherever I see their merchandise advertised. *** now been contacted by my bank telling me they are trying to add more charges to my credit card. Date of experience: August 27, 2024

  Scam! Buyers beware. I purchased a hoodie and paid for shipping and handling. They offered an additional hoodie at a discounted price and without my knowledge charged an extra 25 dollar shipping and handling fee. I wanted to cancel or refund the extra hoodie but they didnt reach out until 2 months later. Predatory habits this company has. Not to mention I paid in total about ***** dollars in shipping just so the extra hoodie I double paid on shipping on came together in the same bag. They like to squeeeze extra money out of you.
