    Two of my dresses do not fit. I have contact them 4 times already with no response. They say its easy returns. Well Im guessing they do not allow returns. After researching they are a third party company which buys from ***** and Temu. Pappyas is a scam of a company.

    Gave them 1 star becaue 0 was not an option. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Waited for over a month for items that their website stated I should receive in 8-15 days. Had to reach out multiple times to check on status and they could never tell me when to expect. Just said "working on it". Not made in *** as stated on website. Used their size charts for purchase decisions and nothing fit. Material used was cheap and see through. I asked for a size exchange on the one item that was not see through and they told me to keep the item but could send additional money for a new size. When I reached out once again about sending the items back, they told me they do not take things back. They would only replace "damaged" items. So their "Easy Returns" claim is completely false. Do not waste your money or time on this business.

    ****! ****! ****! After waiting a long time to receive my two dresses - I found I was dissatisfied with the product and wanted to return them. I sent an email to pappya as the website instructed and received an email back from a totally differnt email offering me $18 back on my purchase!!! Right then and there I knew I'd been scammed. I sent them a email back stating I need my full refund and would be reporting them to the BBB. I don't think my response will be much better from them considering the other reviews I've read.

    VERY questionable business practices! After more than two weeks I received the two piece outfit I ordered which I thought was nice. However the pants have a ridiculously long crotch so I asked if I could exchange for a proper size medium, I also asked for address to return. The first reply said they were out of stock and would refund. The second email offered a $5 compensation and keep the outfit, I would have to pay return shipping but they didn't give me an address. Third email said returns are only for damage or quality, not size the $5 offer again. I replied that IMO it was a quality issue but I knew at this point I wasn't going to get anywhere with them so I asked for the $5 and chalk up my loss. ??

    TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, NOT MADE IN THE **, AS THE WEBSITE STATES. ONLY REFUNDED $18.00 OF THE $102.00 . I TRIED TO RETURN ITEMS, BUT AFTER SEVERAL E-MAIL THEY FINALLY SENT AN ADDRESS FOR RETURN TO DUBI !!!! AND I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING, WHICH AFTER CHECKING WAS AROUND $200.00. BE VERY CAREFUL. LESS THAN A 1 STAR RATING.

    The site says easy returns. I wanted to exchange something for a larger size. There is no way to do it. Plus they say it's made in **************. No- China The clothes were sent and okay just not sized correctly.

    This business, Pappya is a scam. They advertise on social media to make clothing in **************. After spending $102.57, I was offered $8 as a refund for the flimsy made products, despite them advertising on their website a 30 day full refund policy. Based on the tracking information included on the shipment, the poorly made and sized items are coming from another country. Very dishonest practice being utilized to scam people of money.

    BEWARE OF THIS SITE!!!This site is a joke!! I purchased items totaling $92. Did not fit and now they are offering me $7 !! Not only that but it took a REALLY long time to even receive the products. Poor customer service as well. Not easy to contact. Their 30 day return is a joke!!! Cheaply made. Want me to return to ***** ADRESS!!

    BUYER BEWARE! If you’re unhappy with your order for whatever reason, this company will offer “compensation” (which is pennies on the dollar) and let you keep the items. BUT, if you want a full refund, you’ll need to send the items to DUBAI. YES, DUBAI and YOU pay the postage. What a rip off. So you’re basically stuck with the order. They don’t advertise that you’ll never get your money back so never buy more than you can afford to lose. Complete scam.
