    On 12/30/23 I visited Primary Eye Care Associates for a comprehensive eye exam. Upon completion of my exam they offered me glasses for well over $300+. I could not afford those glasses & requested that they print out my complete eye RX. Once I reviewed the *** I noticed that the ********** was missing. On 1/5/24 I called the office to request the PD & both *************** suggested I pay an additional $24 for the doctor to release my PD measurement. I am very dissatisfied with this treatment because Ive been a customer almost 10 years. Although over the past years I have been able to afford to purchase glasses from them -the cost this time was just too expensive for my budget unfortunately. It seems unreasonable to be punished this way knowing that patients/customers will need PD information to purchase glasses period why are offices allowed to treat me this way. I would like my complete eye RX including the PD to purchase affordable glasses for myself. If I would have been able to purchase the $300+ glasses they offered -Im sure theyd used my PD then. Please dont punish customers this way.
