    On 8/8/24 @ around 7-9pm. I paid for my ticket that was for 3 hrs. I paid to be able to exit the garage, but I didnt leave right away. I had a hr & a 1/2 left. When it was time for me to leave I still had 35m to spare, but it would not work. I pushed the call *********** was met with behavior that was not only discourteous but also unprofessional. That lady was extremely rude, kept cutting me off & tired forcing me to pay again. I told her that there wasnt anything saying that there would be extra charges if you dont pay by a certain time. Only thing that was made clear was that the company isnt liable for any mishaps that may occur while its in their garage. I was going to call 911 because I was held against my will, but another car was leaving so I left behind them. This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially from a representative of a business that prides itself on customer satisfaction. As a customer, I felt disrespected and unwelcome, which is not an experience I expect from a reputable business. The incident left me feeling extremely frustrated and I feel like they do this often, scam people out of their money. It has also significantly affected my perception of greenway self park and I am now reconsidering my future patronage. I kindly request that the BBB assist in addressing this issue with Greenway self park. I would like to see the following actions taken:1.A formal apology from greenway self park regarding the incident.2.Assurance that the employee in question(I didnt get her name, but she was a big fat black lady on the night of 8/8/24 around 7-9pm)will be counseled or trained to ensure such behavior is not repeated. Theyre SCAMMING PEOPLE and it isnt right. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.
