NO STARS EVER NEED TO BE GIVEN!Legacy parking in the ************************** location is notorious for entraping customers with unjustified charges. If you go in this garage approach at your own risk. I have been caught having to pay for parking because others in front of me have had problems in getting out which causes an added 10-15min. If a person is in line that then runs their ticket over the validation time. You will still be forced to pay. LEGACY PARKING HAS NO ONE ON CAMPUS TO ASSIST AND FORCES YOU TO PAY!The latest was just Friday 3/7/24 at 10:59am. The garage is charging a person that pulls up to see a letter on the bix stating LA Fitness is closed til further notice. I had 2 cars behind me and was unable to back up of course. I pulled in because of this to come right back out and within 2min I was told by the remote agent "unfortunately you will still have to pay" I'm like how? It's only been 2min. I said, "I came in to go to the gym and noticed the sign on the box stating the gym was closed" "I went up to come back down because cars were behind me" The agent reiterated "unfortunately you still have to pay" they then said "Here is a phone number to call because we don't have anyone on site"After calling this number a few times I was never able to get ANYONE to pick up the phone! I proceeded to let my self out based off the unjustified charges. After leaving this location I proceeded to the next local LA Fitness location to here a number of people saying they had to pay because of this issue which was out of the customer's control. This is clear entrapment if not theft!There's no parking service in the *************** that handles business thus way. Buildings using LEGACY parking need to reconsider any affiliation. AT ALL!
