      On 8/1/24 I made a parking reservation between 5:30pm-11:00pm to have my park parked at the address ****************** operated by Tatas Tacos in *******. Parking pass # is *********. I left my vehicle at the parking lot around 5:30pm which I may add that there were no ************ signs but didn't think much of it because I confirmed I was in the correct location as reflected on my reservation. Upon my return to my car around 10:30pm I noticed my vehicle was gone and the tow company whom information was in the parking lot confirmed they had my car. I paid the $240.70 fee to get the vehicle out and decided to call the restaurant the next day for information why a tow was called. The operator of the parking lot is claiming the parking lot shouldnt have been available through the park whiz app on the date I made a reservation and wasnt aware of it. She stated parkwhiz didnt even stop by to put up any Parking signs. She also stated she was going to have a call with park whiz in regards to that matter. I also spoke to ParkWhiz via email in regards to this matter but have no replied to concern between them and the operator of the parking lot. It seems like there is an issue between Parkwhiz and the owner of the parking lot and Im stuck in the middle which caused my car to be towed under my dime. This is the reason I am requesting the following 1) A refund for my parking reservation (refunding my reservation because unfortunately my car was towed and I did not get to use my reservation )2) for a refund on my towed vehicle I'm attaching documentation of proof from this incident.

I spoke to ***** once and she has not gotten back to me or returned my messages. ***** is disputing the date her parking lot was opened through parkwhiz. Are you able to show supporting documents for a official onboarding date for ************************************* through parkwhiz?

      To clarify, the location was already live when you purchased the parking pass last August 1st. We have provided you with a parking pass upon purchase which should be honored onsite as long as all the parking instructions stated in the pass has been followed. Furthermore, we have already issued a refund for the pass because of your experience, despite the fact that the purchase is valid and considered non-refundable once the reservation has started.

      It is important to note that ParkWhiz is a third-party listing service and is not responsible for towing vehicles or enforcing parking regulations at any parking lot.       Thank you so much for the prompt response. 
      This was parking in ************, and we had to wait outside the building for an hour to understand the issue (after a 3-hour car ride from **).  This involved talking with the parking staff and phone calls to the manager (*******).
      Moreover, it was an embarrassing issue for me and my partner. 
      We ended up having to pay a total parking fee of $29.40,which was above the Park Whiz quoted prices.  In addition, we were late to our event.  I had attached a copy of the receipt to the previous forms.  From this, are you able to refund this amount?

      On June 29, 2024, reserved event parking through Parkwhiz.Arrived at the parking garage and the computer systems were down and no one could enter or exit the garage. There was no attendant on duty and the call button function was not working. There were 5 vehicles in line with me who could not enter the garage and 2 vehicles who could not exit. I immediately attempted to call Parkwhiz but no on answered. I had to pay to park at another garage.Parkwhiz refused to refund my money since I was able to park at another garage... a garage that I did not book using them so it is irrelevant. I was unable to use the service that I purchased so I would like a full refund of my money.The garage requires that you scan your parking pass entering and exiting from the facility. I requested proof that my parking pass (*********) was used to enter and exit and have not received evidence.

      I was trying to purchase a parking pass and thought it was a daily parking rate from 5:20am to 7:30pm. After purchasing I realized that it was 5:30am to 7:30am. This was already 6am and I wouldn't have purchased a time for something that already started. Plus u wouldn't have purchased it I realized it was only for 2 hrs. Contacted customer service explaining the error and clearly I didn't use the service so I find it crazy they weren't willing to refund. I could only cancel if the parking time hadn't started but they allowed me to purchase a time slot that already started so there was no allowance for me to cancel or get a refund and I think it's terrible that have have such poor customer service such that they wouldn't refund me for a service I couldn't utilize. Terrible and I wouldn't use them and would warn everyone. Good luck calling to talk to someone because ylthey basically tell u to only email and then don't really assist with the concern.

      Please note that our cancellation policy allows you to get a full refund for your parking pass as long as you can before the reservation starts. Our parking operators would turn away drive-up customers to ensure that all reservations are honored, thus, once the reservation start, we can no longer retrieve the funds from the seller as they already held a spot for your arrival.

      On July 4th 2024 we reserved a parking spot at ************************************** and paid $52.20. On the day of the event the lot was not staffed and parkwhiz found another lot for her to park in at ********************************************* for a cost of $42.40. While they did credit the new parking spot, they refused to credit the difference between the original amount paid of $52.20 vs. the new amount paid of $42.40. If I had wanted to park in the ************** I would have booked there originally.It shows in my account online that the original amount of $52.20 was refunded, but it has not and they have refused to refund either the original fee or the difference. I have attached screen shots of the supposed refund and the new parking receipt to demonstrate the difference.Refunding the difference is the bare minimum they should so as their s**** up made my wife late for the show and created unnecessary stress with rude employees and a less than helpful parkwhiz support staff.       I purchased a parking spot from Parkwhiz by Flash in advance of a grand opening. On 6/7/24, when I went to park there, I found the entire street was closed making the parking lot inaccessible. I completed the on line steps to request a refund. I have only heard a response once in the past month in spite of my repeated outreach. The site continues to say it is being processed.

      I paid $20 for parking from Park Whiz and followed their instructions. I parked in the correct lot. The lot did not have my reservation from Park Whiz and wrote me TWO tickets @ $63 each for failure to pay. I caught the lot attendant on the second one and he took it back after I showed him the mixup. However, I did end up paying $63 for the spot. In good faith Park Whiz should refund me that $63. They were fast to DENY my initial claim, but since have gone silent.

      On June 28th, 2024 I purchased prepaid parking on the app for Guaranteed Rate field. Upon arriving there were staff there that told me the lots were closed and would not allow parking. I showed them the ** code in the app that had those lots and prepaid reservations and they stated they would not allow us to enter and needed to deal with the app. I had to purchase parking down the street. I am requesting a refund as the service was not provided. I sent an email on June 28th letting ParkWhiz know of the issue and they continue to email me back dragging this out and the customer service keeps getting worse. I have explained I have deleted the app as well as the rest of my family due to the horrible customer service received and the scam that ParkWhiz is selling spots that are not available. On Mon, 1 Jul at 3:28 AM , *********************** <********************> wrote: *************** you, the form wouldn't allow me to submit it because I don't have a receipt of the additional parking I had to purchase and pay cash for when the attendant wouldn't allow me to park in lots A,B,C and G as I paid for. When I showed him my prepaid ticket he said he didn't care and I'd have to pay to park at another ********* lot. I refused to pay for another ********* stadium lot and parked at *********** Red Hots and paid cash. I showed them the parking pass and they said they didn't care and wouldn't allow us to park there. Very disappointed in the service and customer service received. They would not even scan my parking pass and said the lots A,B,C and G were closed. I am not interested in a credit on the app. I want a refund.

      I purchased a parking pass #********* through ParkWhiz on 06/26/2024 @ 1pm to attend a concert in ******* starting at 7pm. After a period of time I had not received email conformation of my purchase or parking pass; however there was a pending charge on my credit card, so I waited.nothing. I checked all my spam folders as well. I attempted to seek resolution thru the ParkWhiz web page and App and could not log in, even after several attempts to reset my password. A call to customer service netted me a ********************************************* an effort to secure parking for this event, I purchased another ParkWhiz pass # *********, which netted me the same results as the first. At this point I initiated a help desk user activation #****** in further attempt to resolve this issue. It wasnt until just before the concert, ParkWhiz sent me (email) passes and notified me they had reset my password. Clearly there was some sort of cyber hiccup that delayed the delivery of these passes. Unfortunately by that time I had been forced to make other arraignments to attend this concert, we took local transit instead. A day later I was able to contact ParkWhiz support by phone and was not provided a realistic way to file for a refund. The page I was directed to did not provide a scenario that fit my situation. The customer service person was unhelpful and dismissive of my situation and desire to resolve it. At the present time, I have had no further response from ParkWhiz (email thread attached) to resolve this issue. I simply would like a refund for the passes I was unable to use.

      On Sunday June 30th just before 4pm I attempted to pay for parking in an underground parkade at ********************************************************************************. After filling in my credit card information and vehicle information on the link from the ** code listed in the parkade, I pressed the button to pay with credit card. It read an error code and didn't go through. I pressed it a couple more times assuming it was the poor cell reception and still read the same error code with a different reference ID each time. I tried then removing spaces in my vehicle and address information box and tried to hit pay, but still recieved an error code. My wife tried on her phone with a different card and still had no luck, only receiving error codes. I finally used ****** pay with the same credit card and didn't receive an error code so I assumed it went through. I arrived back at my car to find a ticket for $86.50 stating that I had not paid for parking. Most shockingly upon checking my credit card statement, I had been charged SIX times alone on my card, not include the numerous charges on my wife's card before she locked her account. I am blown away that despite my parking not being validated I was charged over 240 dollars for the attempt, let alone the $86.50 ticket I have to pay to the parkade towing company and the numerous charges also pending on my wife's locked credit card. This is patently insane and this event ruined our evening and our anniversary.
