I have tried to reach out to this company for weeks. The number they have listed has been disconnected. I have sent multiple emails through their website and never gotten a response. There is no way to get in touch with them but they are threatening to send this to collections. How is that legal? They are charging me for an unpaid parking fee and some kind of ticket, but there has been a mistake. There was a sign that day saying the parking was free and there is an issue with their cameras anyway because it says I entered at 3:58 AM.

I had a recent complaint (#********) with SP+ we came to a settlement but no action has yet been taken on there part so I would like to reopen complaint. I spoke via email with a couple of representatives from SP+ parking ************************* and ***********************. They were very helpful in my initial inquiry I was told my fees could be reduced as a courtesy on May 2nd. It is currently the 21st and my fees have not been updated I would like to be able to go in and pay the fees at the updated price but have not received any further correspondence on the matter. There is currently $170 in collections from the initial incident that I would like to get settled and see if anything in collections could also be reduced.

On May 17, 2024, at 7:32 AM, I paid for parking at a pay station box located on the property of the ***************************************** lot. I paid $2 for parking in cash. I received a little receipt saying that my parking receipt was good until May 17, 2024 11:59pm. At around 6pm, upon returning to my vehicle, I a parking citation for $25 for Non Payment, including another $2 for the parking fee. This citation was at 9:19am. Now, I messaged **************** for SPPLUS and have not received ANY sort of notification that my dispute has been heard, or read. I even sent a picture of both my PAID parking ticket and the Violation ticket, that 2 hours before the false violation, I had paid for my ticket for that parking space. For days now, I have waited to heard back with no results.

Good morning, My complaint is about the company which is managing the parking at IAH terminals. As a disabled veteran, one of the benefits has been to park at *************** garages without a fee. However when I came back from my last trip I was charged a fee without any warning. When I inquired of the charges I was shown a flyer stating that as of September 2023, disabled veterans could only park at certain garages and that the one where I parked was no longer part of the benefits. They told me that the information was in their website fly2houston.com . I tried to find the information in there but couldnt find it. I made several attempts to contact the company via their contact email but no response. I made a couple of calls which went straight to voicemail. When someone finally called me back last week, they said they would not refund the fees and put me in touch with a manager by the name of ****. ************** told me to text him my receipt and a statement that says why I should be reimbursed. I did send that text to him and also sent a email to him. They have been no communication from the them regarding my concerns. They did not properly inform the *************************** of *******, so how can they charge them for using the terminal parking? There is no sign as you enter the parking that disabled veterans would be charged parking fees.

The parking garages at the **************** are not managed by ParkHouston (*************** Parking Management). They are self-managed by the Airport System.

      Complaint: 21671963

I am rejecting this response because:
I used the airport parking in August 2023 and was not handed any flyers to warn of the policy changes. It is entrapment. If the veterans do not know they will continue using the parking and money can be made from them. There was no effort being made to inform us. Yes the information is there about the upcoming changes but how was it communicated to us. They say its there in the link, did I use the link in the last how many years in order to park? My answer as well as many veterans that I have checked with is no. They dropped the ball and need to research how many Veterans that they have charged a parking fee and reimburse them.

judging from their answer I will contact the media and see how they answer to them.
      Sincerely,

      ***********************

I went to dinner and parked in a lot managed by SP+. I paid to park in the lot but when I realized that my dinner was going to be longer than 2 hours, I went into their website to try to add more time. When I typed in the parking location to their site, it said that they could not match the location (see photo) so I was unable to add more time even though I tried to. I am happy to pay for the extra parking time (which is what I was trying to do) but do not fee like I should pay a $40 additional fee. Also, the entry and exit times recorded on the ticket are also completely incorrect.

On April 24, 2024 I parked at a parking lot managed by SP Plus. The signs say 'use the app or text ##### to pay'. I did this and I received an error message saying it could not process the $9 parking payment. There were no ways to contact the company in the moment. After I parked there for 2 hours they placed a parking violation on my car, saying I had not paid for parking. When I explained that their system was down/ not permitting payment they still insisted that I owe a total of $44 for the parking and the violation fees. When I disputed they replied saying 'There was an event and parking was not allowed on that evening'. In actuality there was no event. This was in a run down part of inner ************** with very few businesses let alone events near by. The parking lot, which holds ****** spots had fewer than 8 cars in total. There was no signage indicating an event was taking place. I've disputed these points but their customer service is not acknowledging their system failure to accept payment, and now is claiming a new and false statement that parking was somehow not allowed on that day.I'm willing to pay the original parking costs, but I do not believe it's appropriate to pay a violation fee when there was no mechanism permitting payment, and I parked in an allowed location.

I signed up for a monthly parking spot in March 2024 and paid $140 on my credit card. I realized it wasn't worth it, and then cancelled my monthly spot in the correct manner, according to SP Parking's policy. My credit card was not charged again. However, I just received a bill in the mail for $280, two months worth. They must have record that I still want the spot, though I cancelled and they used my credit card for the first, legal transaction. This bill is clearly false and I want the charges cleared.

Location: ************************************ Account: ********* Message:My name is *************************. I'm requesting a Refund to my card ending in 5886. I purchased a parking ticket for March 13th through parking.com to be able to park in a parking garage directly across the street from an arena where my family had tickets for a pro basketball game Upon arriving at the parking garage there were parking attendees standing at the entrance directing vehicles to make a u-turn. They STATED that the parking lot was Completely FULL. I witnessed at least 8 vehicles made to turn around before we left. I wasn't allowed in even though I had a pre-purchased ticket. My party ended up parking on the city street 7 blocks away and walking to the arena. Arriving at the Arena 30 minutes late. Missing the entire 1st quarter of the basketball game. Of which we paid $100 per ticket. The whole parking experience was TOTALLY Unacceptable. The next day I contacted the parking garage ************************************ they said I purchased my parking ticket thru parking.com so they need to make the refund. There was NO PHONE # for parking.com so I Emailed them. Their response was a team member will reach out to me shortly. I never received a phone call nor Email follow up. Nor REFUND. I think they assume customers will just forget or let it go because the ticket was only for $26.00 The Stress of circling downtown looking for last minute parking outside the arena on a nite when the Lakers are playing was Absolutely insane. Then finding parking and having to walk 7 BLOCKS. When we had a pre-paid parking stall directly across the street. Then to add INSULT to Injury the company Emailing but Not following up. The least that could come of this is a REFUND of my $26.00 for pre-paid parking that I wasn't allowed to use because they OVER BOOKED their parking lot.Thank you for your time and response

I prepaid for a reservation for a parking garage operated by sp+, located at *****************************************************/19. This was booked months ago. I get ************ tell me theyre full & to request a refund. I was born physically handicapped & purposely choose this location because of its proximity to radio city. After begging & pleading for 20 minutes, giving them an extra $20 cash & actually getting out of my car to show them my disability they finally let me park. The manager was extremely rude & yelled at *********** family. This is absolutely unacceptable, what is the purpose of a reservation if its not honored
