1 stari really don't know were to start. The attorney that handled my fathers nursing home case was ******* *****, she was great to work with easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Now after the case was settled was when all the problems with communication started. So we was to get a payment each month on a certain day and that is not happening. I call only to be told we will contact you when we get the payment. It's been over **************************************************************************** has happened. The lady who calls who works in the department who sends out the checks is dry and does have any info or atleast that is what she claims she really does not need to work there by the way she is horrible direah is her name. I want to hire another attorney just to work with these people i believe they are doing other things with our payments. they wont even give a reason to why we are not getting our payments. They may be ripping people off. I can write a whole lot more but ill just say if you go with Malman law be prepared to be upset ,in the dark , clueless even when your case is over and your expecting them to honor the contract thy have you sign. Yes i inquired about a breach of contract against the defense since they claim it was them only to be told we will talk to them but still nothing. Ridiculous!!!!Review fromCC L

My experience with them is not great. My mother started a lawsuit for her father. It was a medical negligence suit, and they started it in 2019. In 2023, my mother suddenly passed away, so I had to pick up some of the work with them. First of all, it should not have taken four years to solve the case my mother started. Then, now in 2024, my experience with them persists. My mother's other siblings were finally awarded checks after five years. That part is whatever. What pains me is that I contacted them about adding it to her estate, my estate lawyer contacted them, and the family representative contacted them. They were definitely aware that the check needed to be cut in the estate's name. I mean, they are lawyers, right, this isn't rocket science. It also doesn't take a year to do this. They just kept me waiting, for no reason. Once, they even said they "overnighted" the check, but they didn't. They just lied! We kept calling, all three of us, and just kept getting ignored. They literally didn't have to do anything, they are just lazy. Finally, my estate probate attorney (whom I had separately from this suit) had to put it to them that they would have to pay the next year's estate bond if the don't pay up because we have been waiting so long. This was the only thing we were waiting for to close the estate. Over eight weeks, we tried for answers. Finally, when the lawyer called, the secretary tried to say that the person who was sending us emails and brushing us off didn't even work there! She wasn't smart enough to look at a list of employees. She asked to speak to an owner. I don't know who she talked to. The person who is supposed to cut the checks wouldn't talk to her. His only job is sending checks and he just didn't do it or answer us. This is more than embarrassing, it's shameful. I would never have used them, but my mother did. Never use lawyers that advertise on TV.Malman Law

I experienced an unfortunate incident concerning the passing of my late mother, attributed to negligent care provided by nursing home personnel associated with Elevate and *********************. The legal matter was addressed by *******************************, whose representation resulted in a settlement significantly below our expectations. Additionally, a discrepancy existed between the initially discussed fee and the amount ultimately deducted from the settlement, a situation which led to considerable confusion and dissatisfaction within my family.Throughout the process, there was a lack of consistency and transparency in communication from ******* and his team regarding financial matters, exacerbating our distress. Regrettably, there was a failure on their part to provide adequate explanations or demonstrate empathy regarding the circumstances of my mother's passing.Subsequently, despite the conclusion of the legal proceedings, further complications arose when ***** Malman's team delayed the disbursement of funds to my family, despite having already received their share. This additional frustration compounded our overall negative experience with Malman Law.I feel compelled to caution prospective clients in similar situations to exercise caution when considering Malman Law for legal representation. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to those seeking justice for the wrongful death of a loved one. It is advisable for families in need of legal assistance in the *********** area to explore alternative options that *** better serve their needs and uphold their pursuit of justice.Malman Law
