These people are simply shysters who want to do the least amount of work humanly possible but rake in the most amount of money. Their advertising for 9/11 victim's compensation fund is misleading to say the least, they'll list what is the starting criteria, but even if you meet that, they'll come back with even more and more criteria and state that for whatever reason, now you don't meet it, and sorry you have cancer but we won't let you get the accountability you need because it's just not a breeze, and too much work for us to get it. With lawyers like this, who needs anybody else giving you the shaft.Just be honest at the outset, if that isn't too much too ask. I have to give one star, so let it be for picking up the phone. Unfortunately its just for seeing how much money they can get without breaking a sweat.

I contacted them about a ******************* claim. ****** contacted me very quickly, answered all my questions and returned calls to me in a very timely manner. I do not think I would have chosen to pursue the claim and perhaps would not have chosen your company without my questions being answered by ******. He is an asset to the company. I was asked the appropriate questions and even after receiving the contract he answers questions that made it easy for me to make a decision to sign. He is an asset to your company. Thanks

I answered 5 questions ( multiple choice) for them to contact me about a possible case. They responded through email that I did not have a case. Really??? Without even contacting me for more information. Way to really dig in, guys.

I called this firm to see if I could get help with what I feel is elderly abuse and negligent care that brought about the early death of my brother in a nursing home in *********, **. A ******* called me back and asked for details and I sent to him a picture of the 'wound' that came about because of the 'care' my brother did not receive. After waiting to hear back from him, I got a message stating that they would not be taking the case after checking with someone in WA. I have called and left a message and texted ******* asking on what basis this was turned down on when at first it sounded so good for them taking it on. To date, I have not even been given the curtsey of a return call or explanation of why or anything. Anyone who is contacted by a firm deserves that much if they are talked to and trying to get help to do something about an injustice.
