I decided to see Dr. ********************** for a hair transplant in June 2023. I emailed ****, who works there, and she told me in an email and phone call that this was a flat fee because they had an opening at the at the last minute. I asked what would happen if there were not enough grafts, and she told me that if it did not fill in, they would give a few hundred grafts for free to make sure the patients were happy. When I went to have the work done, they told me the same thing: they would do a touch-up for free if it did not fill in. Almost a year later, the crown has not filled in, and I have emailed *****, who works there. She has told me they will I must have heard wrong about the touch-**** but it is in an email as well. I asked for my paperwork for over a week, and they made me sign an arbitration form when I got there or they would not do the surgery. That was a surprise, and I was pretty much forced to sign it since I flew out there. I do not know where to file for arbitration since they will not give me any of my paperwork. I tried to offer a suggestion, but that also went unanswered. There are several reviews stating they did the same thing to them. I am willing to try and resolve this, but if not, I want my paperwork and plan on moving forward with other options to hold them accountable.
