Our service person today was Demari. He was such a polite young man. Very professional. courteous and friendly. He cleaned up after performing the job. He explained everything that he did with the furnace and air conditioner. My husband and I were very impressed. Thanks Four Seasons for sending us such a qualified person.

I started being a Four Seasons customer 8 years ago when I had them install a new furnace for my single family home. I continued three years ago with a new air conditioner and I will continue to be a customer because of their excellent customer service. Pressure switch replaced at a reduced cost of ******. I feel this price is unfair, not competitive and too high. I felt like I was robbed. Two other sources, ******* heating and ****** quoted pricing at ****** and ******. Tech came in, spent ***************************************** ******. Not competitive pricing and I cannot recommend this company to anyone I know. I filed a complaint with the company and await outcome. It started on Friday, April 4th, when I came home and realized my home wasnt at it usual temp of 72 degrees. Somehow, I tolerated a chilly home until I could take it anymore. Called Four Seasons, who could have had someone at the house on the same day but since I was at work, I to schedule for the day. Technician identified two part that required replacement or replace the furnace. Given that the furnace was almost 20 years old and for peace of mind, I agreed that to replace the furnace would be best. I appreciated the technician gave me cost to replace parts vs furnace so I could make an informed decision. When the day:time came to replace the furnace, they quite efficiently, which meant getting new furnace installed, turned on and heat my house in under four hours. And Im a repeat customer since theyve also replaced my hot water heater and parts on the cooling unit. My go-to people!Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric
