      Purchased a furnace in 2017, water heater in 2021 and central air in 2023. All are running excellent. **************** **** and technicians are very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

      100% stratified with the service provided installing the new AC. The technician was honest and upfront with the problem. The install was done in the time frame quoted and the price didnt change.

      From making my appointment to the serviceman coming to my door has mostly been a positive experience. I can say there has only been one time with my appointment and one time with my service I have not been satisfied. I had my furnace and air conditioner installed by the company around 2008 and kept up with my annual maintenance. I might have missed once or twice but that was for financial reasons or the pandemic. I bought and paid for my units so I wouldn't have to buy one when I retired. I. am retired now.My problem is that now I'm having issues with the air conditioner. One year my serviceman put dye in the unit to see if it leaked. Next visit for the annual service I asked if there was a leak and the serviceman said "No." In previous visits, the serviceman said I need a new battery for/compressor my AC the cost was $200+. Same for my furnace but I cannot afford it right now. They said the battery charge was low on both. My last visit the serviceman asked if I had dye put in I told him yes. He searched and searched for a leak but could not find it but it's leaking somewhere and possibly I will need a new AC because the motor is leaking oil and no fix. Why? I only got 16 years out of this. The markup on replacement parts i.e. filters, compressors, etc are very high. $200+ for a part that's $20 is ridiculous. I already wait for the $89 special My bill was $230. It's not the service that's given it is if I have to have something replaced or coolant put in. I cannot afford a new AC unit.

      Technician was prompt and courteous. Very knowledgeable on working on my 40-year-old air conditioner. Explain to me what he was doing and fix the problem.

      I have been a Four Seasons customer for 15 or more years and haven't had concerns during this time. I needed a new air conditioning unit and was offered special pricing as a long time customer. They indicated they would be able to install the unit the next day. I made a partial payment per our agreement on my credit card. They found out a permit was needed and had to wait for that which would delay the next day install. I asked for the charge to be credited back to my account since the install was not going to be the next day and the card was not too be charged until the work was completed. I was told the charge would be credited back. On the day of install I presented a cashier's check in lieu of using a credit card. The technician upon arrival asked for payment which was shocking as he had not completed any work. I questioned that and sensing my annoyance, he moved on and started the install. He was presented the cashier's check upon completion. Unfortunately, my credit card was still charged. When I called back and told them I presented a cashier's check to the technician, I was told they had to check to see if the technician turned it in. I gave found you can never get a direct answer from them. They are quick to take your money but slow to apply a credit/refund. I still have not received an electronic receipt for services after 2 business days. Management will not respond and all requests are emailed to them and they still will not respond. I was considering air duct cleaning but will not after this experience and the price is too expensive. I am reaching out to my credit card company for resolution

      Installer ********************* was excellent. Explained throughout the installation the work. Answered all my questions. Worked in a timely manner and left work area clean at end of day. Highly recommend.

      Seriously regretted reaching out to Four Seasons when our old air conditioning unit failed two months ago. They sold us a bigger unit (3-ton) than we needed, creating electrical issues in our building when none existed earlier, frequent stops and starts, high energy bills and humidity warnings (from the frequent stops and starts). Nine or 10 technician visits later, they finally acknowledged that the unit was too big and swapped it out for a 2-ton. So far, so good with the replacement, but it's crazy that we had to push as hard as we did, and even crazier that it took so many technician visits to figure out what we had been telling them. On one particularly frustrating occasion, we waited an entire day for a technician to show up; we were told repeatedly that he was running late, but never showed up. On several other occasions, our calls would get caught in an endless loop of friendly-enough people who couldn't help us out. All of this forced us to take time off of work and endure some anxious moments with our electrical system. We also now have paid for a 3-ton unit we didn't need, and should be getting some kind of credit. Absolutely the worst interaction weve ever had with a contractor.

      ***** was prompt and kept us informed as to his whereabouts and eta. Once he was here, he covered his boots, and went to work immediately. ***** was personable, ******** and explained our situation so we understood our options.
