    I had a great run with Chowly I was with them since the start of their business. So my rates were different for 8 years. Once i called to get another delivery app integrated the sales man charged me just over 300 dollars when i was paying 10 cents per order. Then i called to fix this, they did and made it down to 80 dollars. I then proceeded to get all of my delivery apps integrated for ***** per month. There was constant issues with the integration and tickets printing properly on in the kitchen. I suddenly had a open item that showed as a negative in my POS system. I was very frustrated - and to be honest its probably a combination of my POS and Chowly. Now that i have a better POS system i tried to cancel, then was told i needed the 30 day notice so fine.. but I'm still being charged after sending multiple emails . It's crazy. how a longtime customer since the beginning is being treated this way.

    If I could give it a zero star I would. I ordered through them when I was on a trip. Ordered delivery from a bar to my hotel room. The food never showed and I got a text saying the food was waiting for pickup at the kitchen window. I had to drive to the restaurant at 11:30 at night to get my food. Come to find out the restaurant I ordered from didn't even offer delivery at that time if at all. Chowly refuses to do anything to resolve this and blames the bar I got my food from. The bar only collected money for the food at their prices. Chowly collected the markup on the food, the delivery fees, and the tip and they did nothing and won't refund for those things. This company is a joke.

    The 5-star reviews have to be from Chowly employees. Do not use this company. Not only did they have issues with integrating my restaurant with Uber, they messed up my menu multiple times. Any problem I had they tried to blame it on my business, took forever to get back to me, and never fully resolved any problems. I decided to cancel after about a month of attempting to integrate with them and get my account active. I filed a cancellation form, contacted my Chowly rep, and requested a refund. I was assured my account would be cancelled and I would get a refund. Well, two weeks later I was charged $120 for another month of service. I contacted support and I was only able to speak with the technical team, I was told billing didn't have a direct phone number. How is this possible? This is by far the most unprofessional and unreliable company I have ever dealt with.

    Chowly has been instrumental in making sure our deliveries have been consistently in-sync with our various delivery partners. Whether our customers chose DoorDash, UberEats or even ordered via ****** ordering, they consistently confirmed our orders, relayed the order to our Square Point-Of-Sale devices and helped solve issues with those services when it was necessary.Chowly's customer service had also gone out of their way many times to solve problems and follow up on issues long past when other services would have just said thanks and goodnight.Looking forward to the many new service offerings in the near future. Keep up the good work!

    We have been working with Chowly for two years. The integration with Toast POS is a game changer. Especially using Toast MLM, being able to manage multiple locations, sync one menu, across all third-party platforms. Chowly continue to evolve, adding ****** Food ordering for pickup and delivery. The follow-up and support is excellent. Highly recommended. ************

    Chowly have made online ordering at my restaurant so much more profitable. there are no longer mistakes like there were the tickets go directly to the kitchen making the rushes so much more efficient and profitable. costumer service made setting it up easy and stayed on the line till everything was working cutting out so many steps, freeing up time to focus on the customers.
